I appointed Stirling Ackroyd Legal to handle 3 separate re-mortgaging transactions in May 2020 as a result of an effective, friendly and pro-active approach by Ms Vera Panayatova.  They appointed Mr Nicholas Martinez to handle my affairs and after a difficult start - caused entirely by the failure of the current lender, which we were able to demonstrate thanks to the careful supervision and professional recording at SAL - the delay and damage that the problem would have caused was quickly detected and remedied.   
Nicholas' front-line services - clearly monitored and reinforced by the internal supervision of a senior lawyer, Mr Peter Benjamin - were very efficient and the fees extremely competitive.  I would recommend them and will use them again in future.

Stirling Ackroyd managed my re-mortgage also including redeeming a Help to Buy element. I was quite anxious as was told that the process could take 16 weeks and needed it to be quicker, and Stirling Ackroyd (Nicholas) completed the process in less than 7 weeks which was a huge relief.

It was a nervous time for us since it was our first experience with the purchase process and especially because of the corona virus lockdown situation. I used Stirling Ackroyd legal to assist me in the purchase of a property. My solicitor, Zahra, was very thorough in pursuing my interests, and always available to translate the various legal mumbo jumbo into a more digestible form.

My paralegal was Reyhan Caliskan, things were complicated for me due to purchase during lockdown which has caused a lot of delay, also many hurdles liaising with vendor solicitors to raise relevant queries and obtain required documents.
