Amazing quality at great price - super cool watches

Rapid response and prompt delivery.

Beautiful watch and superb quality. It has become my new workhorse in place of my Garmin which I used to wear all the time. This affordable price gives me the peace of mind when I'm wearing it working and still carries a look that can pass off as a dress up watch when needed. GMT is also a nice touch when you work overseas.

Custom watch was delivered within the timeframe given. The quality and craftsmanship of the watch itself is far above what you would expect for a watch at this price point and the presentation was top tier.

I have had my Stirling automatic for 18 months. The Good-band is awesome. The face is handsome. The Bad-Illumination in darkness is HORRIBLE (I am on a SAR team and this is important). The date is so small I just use my phone. I gains about 1 min/month

Purchased a Black Durant with extras bring my cost to around $800. After a week of wear while at work as a police officer. The watch completely stopped working, no movement on the hands and a loud rattling come inside the case. First attempt to contact customer service was met with no response. Second attempt to contact customer service, I was told to wind the watch with sounded weird but ok, I tired it with no change in the issue. The results were then emailed to customer service as now, they want a video to show what the issue is. Now that they know that what I’m saying is true they agree to fix it. But wait, I’m responsible for paying $75 to have the watch sent back to fix the $800 watch that I wore for a week. Several watch repair places/dealers are in my area but the website clearly states if any person removes the case other then Stirling, the warranty is void. Absolutely ridiculous, go with a Sangin.

Great service and communication

Before I start this review for my Stirling Upham steel watch, I want to give a shout out to Holly from Stirling Watches Customer Service. When you buy a watch online, you want it to arrive safely and this of course means you have to use a delivery company. In this case it was DHL. If I was giving them a review regarding their communication skills and the late arrival of my watch, it wouldn’t even register a one star. However, throughout the process Holly, on my behalf, contacted DHL on numerous occasions trying to make sure that the order would be delivered safely. She was always clear as to what she was going to do,she followed it up with texts,emails and phone calls to kept me up to date and informed . We often give Customer Service a hard time but in this case Holly and Stirling Watches did a fantastic job.

Now onto the watch itself ,the watch face is clear and has really good luminance . The metal strap, once you have sorted sizing, is comfortable and sits well on the wrist. The brushed bezel and polished case are well finished and overall this seems like it’s going to be a functional and hard wearing field watch. If I had one small criticism of a watch, which has a thickness of 13 mm and a diameter of 42 mm, it would be that it’s slightly heavy on the wrist but this is something which I’m sure I will get used to. Overall the watch it is well worth the asking price and a great addition to my watch collection.

The watches are what made my experience great! The production folks and staff are what make it beyond great! My Green Beret Foundation Durant is a growing favorite in my collection and it runs like a champ. Yall crushed it with that collaboration. I just got the Burtons in and they are classic field watches. The leather straps are nice but the nylon is really comfortable, more so than the Zulu in my opinion. The Bronze looks great with the Green nylon strap. The Arctic face is super simple and easy to read day and night. Again yall are amazing and your products reflect that.

Great watch, amazing fit and finish

I ordered this bespoke watch from sterling in September. It arrived in January and I am delighted. It is clearly high quality, simple and classy in its design. It was packaged extremely well and arrived pristine. The price of the watch for a bespoke model, was excellent as well. Would recommend.

It is so wonderful to buy from a company that truly provides excellent customer service. We ordered the wrong watch which was replaced with no hassle or delay.
