Customer service is incredible and the watch is purposely built

Very nice watch! bought it with the steel bracelet, also very nice! Case is good and presented well.

Just what I wanted: A solid tactical GMT dive watch with no frills. I know I will beat the hell out of this watch, but I will not cringe every time I scratch it or get it dirty like you do with the more expensive watches out there. Your website is straight-forward with no BS and living in the states, I was very pleased to receive my Jarvis within 5 days. Lastly, as a US Army combat veteran, I love that you support our brothers and sisters who struggle with the aftermath of war. Cheers!

I have the Durant stainless, it’s just awesome. It’s my daily watch at work and it’s very durable. Customer service was awesome (user error) when I contacted them and quick to reply even though we’re on two different continents. I might sell off my other $1,200 watch and buy another Stirling that’s how much I like the company and their products. The only complaint I have and it’s minor is that I wish the dial glowed a little brighter at night. You guys keep up what your doing and don’t change. You have a loyal customer!

I have ordered two over the last year and I love them.

Bought a Brunt 3 years ago, firstly the one I got seemed to have a defective crown which came out, I wrote them about it and got a replacement in under two weeks, they are very attentive with their customers.
The watch is strong, I have used it in service at an alpine infantry unit and had no issues with all the beating it received, only the paint has received some scratches and the nylon strap stays strong. The saphire has no scratches and I can assure it has received quite a few hits that other watches wouldn’t withstand.
If I have to say something is that the accessories seem too expensive, i would necer pay over 100€ for a steel bracelet even if it lasts me forever, it is a third
/fourth the price of the watch and doesn’t seem reasinable to me.

Saw some ads on these watches on Facebook was skeptical at first as I havent really heard about them much. Took the shot on the stirling burton blackout and im very glad I did. Its a extremely well built watch the finishing on the case is spectacular. 👌 👏 watchmaking is a hard thing to get right and these guys have done an incredible job. Its good to see there using swiss quartz movements instead of Japanese if your thinking about buying a rugged good quality watch and are skeptical. DONT BE! these watches for the price are amazing value and I forgot to mention also for a good cause they donate some of the earnings from the watches to charity's for people who have served the country. Cant reccomend stirling enough just buy one already. ;)

Honestly, an absolute quality bit of kit. I bought the Durrant GMT in steel back in the summer and, whilst it’s a big watch for big arms, which I don’t particularly have, it looks great and can take a pretty serious knock or two as well. It’s accurate, the luminosity is top notch and you cannot fault the customer service from Tom and his team. Great brand that supports great charities at a reasonable price.
Buy one. You won’t be disappointed.
