First order from Stitch and story. been very excited to receive my order. Sadly, it hasn't been shipped yet after 4-5 days. I have sent them an email and been told it'll be shipped first thing today. Not very happy with the customer service so far. Not sure if I'll order again!

Receiving a yarn parcel from Stitch & Story is an absolute pleasure. Their yarns are excellent quality and simply beautiful. Delivery is quick and you can easily track your order. I thoroughly recommend them.

Lovely selection of kits. I ordered the cardigan crochet kit and as I did a PayPal payment it took much longer than expected to arrive which was a bit annoying. The kits instructions I must say are very poor and not clear at all, it should be more detailed and the format could be improved. Even my MIL who is a experienced crochet struggled. Having used other brands and kits I thought that it wasn’t great. Won’t purchase again unfortunately…

I bought a knitting kit for my niece for her birthday and she love it. I sent an email after placing the order and received a prompt reply. I will surely place a few more orders in the future as there are some nice items that have not seen anywhere else.

As with all stitch and story kits I have bought - I found the quality of the yarn excellent and the instructions very clear. The first ever kit I crocheted was from
Stitch and story (so very glad to see them return) and using their instructions and help videos I managed to learn how to crochet.

The kali bunny is very cute and quick to crochet - and would make an excellent baby present. Currently keeping my little one very happy.

I have been using Stitch & Story for about 8 years on and off. I met the previous owners and Knit and Stitch Fair at Ally Pally many moons ago. My favourite is Homestead Yarn it is mega chunky, heavy and warm. My only wish is that the yarn balls are bigger (less joining) and another is woolmere lux. A contrast to Homestead.

I ordered from stich and story for the first time in a few years back in January and am very happy to say that the quality hasn't changed a bit! They are the highest quality, reasonably priced fibers I think I have ever worked with. Will definitely be a returning customer.
