Delightful package - a special offer through WOXS mag - Pusheen kits etc. Ordering and delivery no problem!

Excellent quality and fast delivery, I'm very happy with my purchase

This yarn is great. Especially for the price. It comes out with nicely defined stitches and is lovely and soft. However in this batch there were lots of bits of wool tied together, which obviously required undoing and a Spit join. This is beautiful wool, but having lots of breaks in the yarn was mildly irritating as I was knitting.

I had an item missing from my order and emailed (Saturday). Monday morning I received a response that the item was being replaced and it was dispatched that day. I was also offered a voucher on a future purchase.

The yarn itself is of the best quality.

I got a couple grab bags of chunky wool, a beginner knit kit (with melange wool), and Jolie yarn.
Overall pleased. Just took off one star bc I can get similar quality yarn at my lys or Joanns for cheaper.
The Jolie yarn I actually had to use a size bigger needle to get comparable gauge to the chunky yarn. jolie was a nightmare to tink/frog, roving (?) style leading to a lot of splitting. Finished a sweater size small with six balls and it was pilling WHILE I was knitting it. Gooorrrgeous colorway but would not buy again. Or, perhaps use the yarn for a product that will see less friction (scarf?).
The melange wool is much less of an aqua/mint color that I saw on my screen, but this stunningly beautiful pastel sea foam with a slight sheen.
Cannot comment on quality of patterns bc am not using any of them. I noticed that the website didn’t mention where the yarn was made. The labels say these yarns are made in China.

Overall my experiences with this company have been good however I do think the products are a bit overpriced for what they are. All the products I've had have been gifts and although tempting I haven't found myself buying more at full price.
The Pusheen knitting kit was great, lovely wool and needles, clear pattern and the packaging of a Pusheen box was gorgeous and reusable. I keep my crochet materials in it.
The Hello Kitty hat looks great knitted up but I struggled to finish the embroidery with the black yarn provided. Ironically there was far too much yellow. I wouldn't expect a luxury product to stint on materials.
I also had a kit for Lola pom slippers which I enjoyed making.
A criticism I have with all the kits is that the yarn is luxury but the accessories are not. The knitting needles are sourced from China which doesn't seem very green and 1 pair out of the 2 I received were very rough and poorly finished. Each kit had a plastic sewing needle, also imported from China. I hate unnecessary plastic and imports from the other side of the world and so it would be nice if this could be optional, as you only need one, and really for the prices of the kits a metal or bamboo needle would be better than plastic. Finally, the packaging would be better if it had no plastic window. A box for each kit that could be reused for storage would be good and for very high end prices the bags seem cheap.
Overall a good company but a commitment to more sustainable and environmentally friendly products as well as consistent quality would make them better.

This company has the best customer service. I mixed up an order, (my fault) and it was sorted right away, (which they didn’t need to do). They also have a great selection of products which are cruelty free.

I have some kits from them that I bought when I tried to learn how to knit, and the yarn is gorgeous. I have been bombarded with emails since then about offers and sales (they must be desperate) and finally caved in last weekend and bought one of the grab bags (which, to be honest, I don't really need, I have too much yarn).

It is the 4th working day since I ordered, and they haven't sent the order yet, when their own website state orders are dispatched within 48 hours and take 3-5 working days to arrive. They claim "issues at the warehouse", but they haven't even sent an email to tell me that there are going to be delays shipping. To make matters worst, I asked them that if they are already late shipping it, if they could hold the order for a few days because I am going to be away and not able to receive the parcel, and they have the cheek to say NO! I have asked for the order to be cancelled then, as they have not even posted it yet, and they also say NO! that I can return in full when it arrives, but I am not going to be here to receive the order because of your own delays. I have threatened with a Paypal dispute because, honestly, how do you treat customers this way?!

Ridiculous company, terrible customer service. Uninspiring patterns and too many emails. The lovely yarn is not worth it.

Edit: turns out they can actually cancel and refund orders that have not been shipped, they just want to hold onto people's money for as long as they can. Just received my refund.

Really excellent service and very quick to respond to a slight problem with my order which was missing a ball of yarn and wrong size knitting needles. They sent the missing ball of yarn and wrong size needles very quickly and even offered an additional ‘money off’ code for a future order.

First time I have used this store. Ordered a Cross cross headband yarn bundle this was to knit. I got a pattern download, no yarn……..Pattern must be printed in size 8 font so tiny so you need a magnifying glass. The division instruction in the pattern for the cross over not clear at all, I’m pleased I had some knitting knowledge, not good for a newbie.
I did buy additional yarn to have a change and wish I hadn’t,
I FEEL I WAS MIS-SOLD AND WILL NOT USE THIS STORE AGAIN

Great quality kits and at a reasonable price, everything is sturdy and well made and the guides are easy to follow! Delivery was quick and everything was packed well so safe from damage. Would 100% buy from here again once I’ve got through my kits!
