Stoneworld have been great. Have a great selection and completely met our expectations. We used their Purbeck stone to restore and old outbuilding and it looks incredible! We will be using Stoneworld again for future projects.

Ordered Rob Parker Best conclear solutions to clean cement from our new sandstone slabs. Product arrived quickly. Quite expensive however works very well! Got rid of cement marks without ruining our grey Indian sandstone pavers. Thanks!

Issues now addressed and many thanks to the director who came down to look at this and was extremely helpful, hence changed my rating and review from the below:
I ordered pool coping stones from you which were more expensive than elsewhere as you had them in stock. You had to finish the corner stones but said I would get them in 1 week or just over when I put the order in. They took 4 weeks so lost my slot with the landscaper. Worst bit of It was that no one kept me informed and I had to chase up and call multiple times. The stones look nice but some brown stained that won’t wash off and although supposed to be for around a pool they are cutting the kids hands on top when they get in and out of the pool. Was going to write to your separately or do a google review but appreciate the invite to comment. Would appreciate a call from someone to discuss.

I ordered the product and it was delivered by truck a few days later. The tracking app for the delivery did not seem to work on my phone but it turned up one morning on a pallet (which you do not get to return).
The video instructions for using the product are very good BUT they are working on new stones. I called to find out a few more details and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who was well informed.
He told me what to with mixing in cold weather (pre warm the product indoors), that I could mix it using an electric drill if I was careful and that for older stone 95% of the work was in the preparation with a pressure washer (especially cleaning the green out of the cracks). So I have spent another £200 on a paddle mixer and a steam cleaner, both useful tools anyway.

Fantastic service and quality of material. We ordered a 2mx0.6m slate worktop for an outside BBQ area and it was made and delivered in a very timely fashion. The delivery driver was very courteous and helpful. The sales team dealt with all of my queries and keep me updated on the progress of the order. I would be pleased to recommend them and will try and use them again.

Stoneworld managed to solve a difficult problem for a curved wall and planters on a large scale.
They came and templated and expertly made 145 linear meters of curved black sandstone copings, with a pencil edge on both sides and a drip bead on both sides of the underneath. The copings fitted well and the client is really pleased, a great job.

First time I'd used Stoneworld and purchased three half-tonne boulders. The sales side was seamless, even though I kept calling Nikki with various questions. They were delivered in a couple of days. We are shielding and their driver, Callum, was a star, wearing a mask, keeping his distance and having the patience of a saint as he expertly maneuvered the boulders to our exact required locations. This is proper old-fashioned service and I cannot recommend this company or its staff highly enough.

I had used Stoneworld previously and was very happy with the service they provided, so it made absolute sense to use them again. All of the staff that I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery driver knew exactly how to stack the bags to minimise the effort required on my part to wheelbarrow the gravel to the target area. It was a good experience and I will certainly use Stoneworld again.

Stoneworld (Oxfordshire) customarily deals with trade customers and bulk orders. However, when i explained our very limited requirement i was dealt with in the same way, I am sure, as a customer making an order for pallets of setts.
We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by staff and found that the order was processed and ready for collection at the appointed time.
The staff we met could not have been more friendly in their welcoming manner. Doing business was a true pleasure and we would recommend the company to any one requiring any of the many products listed on their website. They produced exactly what we required from a very full product list.
i should also add that the company's Covid secure presentation was first class.

Very helpful and friendly staff, readily on hand to offer advice and help with anything we needed. Given time to browse through a great selection of products without being pestered. Very professional and great service all round.
