Habe versucht den Service von Sony zu kontaktieren. Nachdem ich 10 x vergeblich versucht hatte die fünfstellige Zahl der Verifizierung einzugeben, habe ich entnervt aufgegeben. Das gleiche Ergebnis beim Versuch Sony telefonisch zu erreichen. Hier sollten gleiche Bilder ausgewählt werden. Keine Chance!
Übrigens, die Cookies waren nicht deaktiviert!
Die vielen negativen Kommentare bestätigen den Eindruck, dass es kein Zufall war, dass Sony nicht nur an diesem Tag nicht erreichbar war.

Upgraded product...downgraded features!
We upgraded to the BR-55A95K for it's many features, from a Sony XBR-55A8F. The displaced unit (which is working fine) is to be transported to another home. Sales Rep. (Best Buy) assured us that the new TV was at the very least...similar, in fact it was quite enhanced. Unfortunately, it wasn't across the board! In our case...it was missing a very important feature the older (2018 model) unit had. The ability to output an audio signal to the on-board speakers as well as...Headphones simultaneously. This is a critical issue...as I suffer from documented Hearing loss and my Wife...enjoys well above average hearing. She actually suffers pain and discomfit from trying to listen at my required level of volume. Without a practical work-around (according to Sony) the new set will have to be returned. Which requires us to engage someone to return the set to Best Buy. At 80+ I'm not able to do this anymore! Although the Store offers free delivery it doesn't (according to Best Buy) provide for free pick-up and return. To at least justify the near $3,000.00 price tag (shop around to verify current pricing)...one would think it would have all the "bells and whistles" found on older TV’s. We’ve always purchased…and enjoyed, Sony products. So this is a disappointment.
Sony Online Store TV Damaged
Purchased a 75" X85K 4K Ultra HD TV from the Sony online store. I had to follow up on shipping a couple of times. We booked it in for the installation and when it was put on the wall and the protective cardboard removed the screen was smashed. I contacted Sony who have said it is not their problem so I am stuck with a rather large and very expensive piece of rubbish. Absolutely disgusting.

ZERO accountability
Sony Store company takes zero responsibility for its errors. They take no accountability. If there is a problem, it's YOUR PROBLEM not theirs. Their processes will have you waiting at least 2 months for your refund after they sell you a dud TV. The unnecessary stress caused by their lack of concern should be criminal. I bought Sony because they are supposed to be good quality. I was unlucky. I bought this in the Black Friday sales. But my extra large TV was a complete lemon. I couldn't lift the thing by myself either. So, how can they expect me to carry it to one of their approved electronics companies, as initially requested? Nothing in this process of returning the TV made sense. They waited weeks between their various inspections and reports until they left it too late, and Christmas holidays stumped any further progress.
So of course I now miss out on buying a replacement in the Boxing Day sales because I won't be getting my refund for at least 2 MONTHS after I first contacted them about this issue. They are great at apologising but they do NOTHING to make up for their abysmal treatment. No compensation, no loan TV, NOTHING. Sony ruined my Christmas. Thank you very much. All I wanted for Christmas was a TV, and second best, a refund so I can buy a working TV. But no, Sony says tough luck kiddo. My next step is the ACCC, some time in January when they are back too. Who knows I might even have my refund by then. Thanks for ruining my Christmas Sony
Sony Bravia 55" 4k TV
I ordered a TV on 9/12. Received an email saying it had been dispatched 12/12 with DHL. Great! However I noticed there hadn't been any updates for 5 days so I called DHL. They had never received the item. Called Sony. It is still in the warehouse and no idea when it would be sent. I asked for a refund as this was a Christmas present. Sony said no, we won't. Two days later I receive an email saying it had been dispatched with Star Track. I called Star Track. They have never received the item. Called Sony again. It's STILL in the warehouse. Sony said they will escalate to "management". On the 19/12 I received an email saying it had been dispatched with PFM. I checked their tracking and sure enough, PFM HAVE picked up the item. Third time's a charm. PFM just called (20/12) to organise delivery on the 4th or 5th of January, alternatively I could do a 700km round trip to Melbourne to collect it if I wanted it before then as they are closed for Christmas.
Top job Sony.
A Sony reparou a minha PlayStation 5 e não a devolve
Mandei a minha consola Playstation 5 para reparação cujo processo aberto na Worten é WO-21459066 no dia 13/11 pelo que já passaram mais de 30 dias e continuo sem a consola na minha posse. A consola foi mandada para Sony pela Worten que foi onde efetuei a compra e a informação que me foi dada é que a consola foi reparada no dia 5/12 e desde então aguarda levantamento por parte da transportadora, porém ninguém me sabe informar quando irá a transportadora fazer o levantamento da consola e foi-me dito também que não sabem sequer se a consola está realmente reparada portanto estão a mentir ao cliente. Foi-me oferecida a devolução do dinheiro que eu recusei, pois eu quero a minha consola reparada ou uma consola nova uma vez que a existência de stock tem sido muito mais recorrente. Exijo uma resolução rápida ao meu problema porque não se justifica um artigo que está na garantia e que é enviado para a marca para reparação simplesmente "desaparecer" na Sony e ninguém saber quanto tempo vou ter de aguardar.

I've ordered headphones on Sony NZ. They were supposed to be with me 2 weeks ago. I was emailing, chatting just to realise their customer service don't give an f.... so finally I called. They said the next shipment to New Zealand from Asia will be next year!! If I wouldn't call I guess I would find out sometime next year when I would finally get the headphones. So I told them to send me different color because I can see it's available on their website now. And they said 'but you've ordered silver!' and I said 'because it was available then but you dont have it so just send me different color that you have'
and they said 'we cannot do that cause your order was different' (the only difference was color)
so i told them to cancel my order and i will buy the other one which it says they can deliver tomorrow. They said they will try (!) to cancel my order today (I dont know how long it takes to click cancel...) and they told me 'ok exepect your refund in 2 weeks....'
riddiculuos. I will definitely not buy sony again...

Paneel nach nur 4 Jahren kaputt (blauer Strich, rote 4xblinkende LED, kein Starten des TV möglich), im Gegensatz zu anderen Herstellern nicht reparabel.
Abgesehen davon hatte auch die Software nach einem Update das Problem dass ich keine Sendungen mehr aufzeichnen konnte (SONY Support konnte das Problem nicht lösen).
Ich wollte damit nur meinen Frust kundtun und hoffe das mein neuer TV (anderer Hersteller, wesentlich günstiger, super Qualität) länger hält.
Abgesehen davon war im Kaufpreis eine 5 Jahre Garantie auf das Panel dabei.
Sony Soundbar never delivered or refunded
Ordered a Sony Soundbar, got a call to say delivery was on the way, got another call to say item was not on truck. Spoke to the delivery service the next day and it turned out the item description was for a 55" TV, so they would not deliver it. Sent a message to Sony support and waited 3 days. They would try delivery again.
Delivery attempted and 'item was damaged' they said, so they could not deliver it again. Speak to Sony they said... Sony said they would deliver again (3 days later) but no delivery slots for another week.
1 week later Sony cancelled saying they could not change the description on the their own delivery and so could not fulfil the order.
The worst part of all of this is that Sony are now not giving me a refund as they have not had the soundbar back from Arrow XL (the delivery company). Another week later...
So so terrible, so upset and frustrated and can't get any help from Sony. Not sure what to do as feel I have been robbed.

The quality of the sound with the combination of comfort and noise cancellation, makes this a fantastic product right from the first use.

The guys who developed the software for the sony headphones, specefically Wh-1000xm4 needs to chained and a loudest speaker be put right near their ears... Why would you blast off the notifications and voice-over... I turn on bluetooth you blast a full-volume notification "bluetooth turned on". I am listening to stuff on my laptop or phone at lowest volume and then i turn the headphones on or off or connect second device or disconect secondary device and the FULL VOLUME blasts off every time... Apple had this Sony has it. It's just against common sense to sound out notifications and voice over with full volume when the headset is set at the lowest volume... why?
Seriously, why blast off voice-over notifications when the option is disabled on the app at FULL VOLUME? Some users said it interrupts the sound. Yes, it does but why in FULL VOLUME; at least if you wanna interupt whatever the user is doing, do it in the set volume... Not in FULL VOLUME...

Ich habe einen Fernseher von Sony gekauft, ein paar Wochen vor Ablauf der Garantie fing der Fernseher an plötzlich aus zu gehen. Ich habe daraufhin mit Sony in Verbindung gesetzt und ich wurde einfach immer nur vertröstet und gesagt ich soll irgendwelche Einstellungen verändern was allerdings nicht gebracht hat. Ich habe Sie mehrfach angeschrieben allerdings passiert nichts. Ich werde nie wieder ein Produkt von Sony kaufen und jedem auch davon abraten bei einem derartigen schlechtem Kundenservice

Terrible service from Sony UK Online store. Ordered a 75" TV, standard delivery. No unpacking or assembly included. I checked before I ordered their delivery page says 'delivery only' (no unpack/assemble) and 'standard installation' (unpack/assemble included) so assumed 'standard delivery' meant 'standard installation'. Nope - raised a complaint after I had to pay someone to help me assemble it myself. Sony couldn't care less - basically said it was my fault - yes the word Standard means two very different things to Sony. Do not buy from them direct - absolutely terrible customer service experience.

Cannot believe such horrible service from a supposedly reputable company. One week past the "expected" ship date. Reached out to customer service via chat. They are unable to cancel the order. They are unable to answer when I should receive it or if I will receive it. They said I should hear from a "specialist" within 2 days! Three days later, still haven't heard anything from anyone. Would never order from electronics.sony.com again. Awful customer service.
Sony stole my PS5 for 3 months then suspended my account while charging me every month
I purchased a brand new PS5 almost a year ago, in less than 1 year I had to send the console in for repair, their TOS says 21 days turn around, they had my console for 3 months and gave me the run-around telling me different stories each week when I would call in for an update. If I had not called every week multiple times they would of never sent me anything finally. When I got my console back, after 3 days of having it my Online PS+ account was suspended and I was locked out of playing every game or accessing games at all (digital version of console). Their customer service is non existant. I have owned Sony Playstation' since the first one came out and after this experience I am selling my PS5 and will be changing to xbox. Never again will my money go to this company. Sony has gone down hill in the last years and is no longer a reputable company as it once was, I recommend anyone considering to buy into the new PS5 to get XBOX instead.
