Great price great equipment and great service

The worst on line purchase I have made. I ordered a cartridge which after one month is still on back order. They advertised it without any in stock, promised me I would have it inside 3 weeks, They never answer the phone, which goes to message bank, but you can't leave a message because it's full, I guess I am not the only one having issues with them. PLEASE SEND MY CARTRIDGE.

I cannot contact them, the phone goes to message bank but you cannot leave a message because of all the messages, so I guess I am not the only one.

The Behringer microphone was defective and I have to go to one of their store in Melbourne to have it checked out. This is very inconvenient for me since it is an jour drive from my house. The original packaging was not sealed and it is possible this is not a new one or a returned product

I bought a Yamaha AG08 from Store DJ and couldn’t be happier with it. The price was fantastic, delivery was straightforward and everything arrived exactly as expected.

More importantly, the AG08 has completely transformed my home guitar setup. I’m using it with amp plugins on my Mac and it sounds brilliant. It’s made recording and experimenting with different guitar sounds incredibly easy, and since setting it up I’ve found myself wanting to play guitar constantly.

Really happy with both the AG08 and my experience with Store DJ. I’d happily buy from them again.

I bought my equipment online but found out that we needed it urgently. I had the order online order stopped and went instore and bought all that I needed (and a bit more).
The online order ended up arriving and when I returned the equipment there was no problem with the return.

Had such a great experience at Store DJ at Windsor! I can’t remember the salesperson’s name, but I do remember that he’s a DJ himself. He was incredibly helpful and patient while I was trying to decide which controller to buy. He answered all my “silly” questions and was more than happy to put different controllers side by side so I could compare them properly.

Really appreciate his knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. Great customer service and definitely made the whole decision much easier!
