Slow "express" delivery
The product is great and the price is reasonable. Delivery was slower than expected. I order something online Saturday night, paying for express delivery. I expected dispatch Monday and arrival Wednesday.
When I called wednesday I was told the warehouse hadn't dispatched it yet for whatever reason. Retail staff were helpful enough and the pedal arrived Friday, unfortunately too late for the gig I needed it for.
Won't be using Store DJ online for time-sensitive purchases moving forward.

A good solid bit of kit.
As it was Out of Stock when ordered, I was kept informed of its expected availability. But it did come pretty quickly anyway.
I'm very pleased with the product, it's solidly built, and now I'm able to input both a laptop and a digital piano; using an adaptor, and listen to both through headphones without interference.

I ordered the XVive U3. Bad delivery experience
I ordered the XVive U3. It took 9 days for delivery. The delivery label created did not have my full address attached. The label did not have my house number on it and so I had to go to the Aus post depot to pick it up. I checked the invoice and that had the correct address. I also left a voice mail but no reply from storedj.
