I must agree my lack of knowledge about drones got me interested in it more than ever, hes been nothing but helpful with everything I've asked him.

If only everybody in the UK knew a perfect example of customer service should be... then its this owner. You can tell and know when the owner cares for his business. I know I will be returning back to buy other gadgets from him. I wish you all the best and keep up the good service.

I was trying everywhere to get the DJI Mini 2 charging dock - and was recommended to try Store Topia. To my surprise, they had the item I had been scouring Google for hours trying to find but also at the same price as all other retailers including DJI directly. I took the opportunity to get 2 more intelligent batteries as they were also priced the same as all other retailers. The payment process was simple, shipping fast and the service overall impressive. I messaged them on Facebook prior to ordering to make sure the stock was available and not 'pre order' like most other retailers and had a response within minutes. Polite, efficient and they will be my go too for any further DJI drones/ accessories. This is how an independent online retailer should be trading - honestly priced with the service to overshadow the shoddy national retail experience. Well done Store Topia!!!!!!!

Pre-ordered my PS5 at Storetopia who was one of the only retailers I was able to pre order with! Received updates throughout and recieved my console when they advised they would deliver!

I will also mention after a previous review... This was purchased at retail price which I commend any small store doing when there is such a hype over this console. I would 100% use Storetopia again 👍

Firstly i'm not to sure about the truth behind the review recently left by 'Daniel W' below as I have personally recommended Store Topia to 37 of my friends who have all bought a console 'at RETAIL COSTS' from this store (not inflated prices as stated in the review left by Daniel W'), and all of which recieved their consoles on the 19th November as stated they are also all extremely satisfied with the product and service provided by Store Topia.

They kept me informed of the delivery of the PS5's and accessories and did state from the beginning that due to the demand of these consoles that until they have confirm stock they cannot gaurantee that all orders will be fulfilled, but Store Topia came up trumps and have made 37 of my closest friends happy in time for Christmas.

Store Topia is without a doubt a company that you can trust and I along with all of my friends will never hesitate to buy from this company.

Amazing customer service delivered on release as I purchased a ps5 from them Simon is a top man.
Saved me with my ps5 situation as my order from game got cancelled.

I had a very negative experience with Store Topia, who also have an Ebay shop. I do not think they can be trusted as a tech shop. I pre-ordered a PS5 initially from Ebay, which was subsequently cancelled as they told me they would not have them in on release day (19th Nov) and so had cancelled my order. After being in contact with them, I reordered a bundle from their own online store and received a follow-up email from a member of staff at Store Topia confirming a date (24th Nov) I would receive the bundle. On the evening of the release date I suddenly received an automated email stating my order had now been cancelled, apparently at my request (not true). I contacted the shop on two occasions and received no response. Given the hysteria surrounding this console it appears clear that this shop has decided to sell on the secondary market, probably for a nice mark up. The rather bizarre experience of paying on two occasions for a PS5 to have it cancelled by the shop, and the second time with no communication or explanation is very poor business practice.

Edit: Laughable also that three conveniently timed counter reviews are put up within an hour of me writing this honest review - one review from 'Simon' and one listing 'Simon' as working at Store Topia.
