Miss. Cherrelle David at Storing.com has been my contact over the last 3years whilst I have been involved (like many other) with Covid lock-downs, house moves, illnesses and deaths. During this time, not knowing the area or business's her advice and support has been invaluable. The site is always kept clean and well managed and I would recommend the Company and Staff highly.

Really enjoyed working with the team at Storing.com. Cherelle in the customer services team was always very helpful and responsive and after shopping around, I am sure we got the best possible deal. And the team that came to collect our stuff were absolutely amazing. Very polite, professional, and absolute troopers. I bet Paul is a Tetris champion in his spare time! Also a massive shout out to Kyle and Jamie who were amazing lugging our stuff from the 3rd floor without a lift. We haven't collected the items out of storage yet, so can't comment on that part, but so far, would very much recommend. We found the pods to be a very efficient solution, especially if you are not planning on getting in and out of the boxes. I would prefer them vs regular storage, as it's a more efficient use of space, especially if the team pack them.

Efficient collection and storage. Items stored safely. Staff helpful. The cost of return delivery should be explained upfront so there are no surprises but they facilitated our own pick up with no issues at all. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I was moving house from Bedford to Eastbourne. I had to store some furniture and other items for over a month in Storage.com. The staff, especially Cherelle, were exceptionally friendly, polite and efficient in arranging the storage and the insurance. Every item was kept safe.Very grateful to Storage.com

We sold our flat before completing on our next home and so needed storing.com to collect and possessions and store them for six months. The customer service was fantastic throughout, Reon in the office always answered calls and emails promptly and answering a lot of questions. They have a very solution-oriented approach, and did a lot of research on the location of our property, parking options etc. in advance to ensure that the collection was a smooth as possible. The team that arrived to load our things were brilliant, so efficient and hard-working. They packed up all our things in a few hours. I would definitely use storing.com again and recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience so far. Very pleasant staff and very affordable storage solution considering the size of the container we have. Don't believe the rumours, storage container are just as good as indoor storage solutions. Their insulated and water proof. What more does one require other than affordable storage which i now have.

Can I say what an absolute pleasure it has been taking up storage at Storing.Com. The staff in the office were so friendly and helpful. It was easy to organise the paperwork, the fees were reasonable and the facilities are fantastic. Very clean and very secure. We had an excellent experience with Storing.com. The two movers arrived on time despite there being snow and ice that day. Because of the bad weather they had to park the lorry further away from our house but never complained and moved all our goods very carefully. They were polite and helpful throughout. Also the initial booking service worked well and we were able to get the slot we wanted at short notice. Thank you.

I've been very impressed with this company. From the first enquiry, to pickup/collection, right through to release of items. I was storing around 48 boxes. I had the same POC all the way from my first enquiry through to leaving them. Cherrelle David is just standout customer service - always replied quickly. Their rates are excellent too! Totally recommend them.

Very firstly, the storing.com's all staff is very nice and kind. Even I went over to depot because I was worried about the place where my stuffs has been kept.
The Sales Co-ordinator's job was professional, she always replied me promptly, the guys whom came to my place to collect my stuffs and they were caring my all staffs very gently and packing.
I strongly recommend storing.com for everyone and I will definitely come back to this company.
