I absolutely love Storksak, I own few diaper bags and a suitcase. They are my absolutely favourites.
The quality is amazing and the bags always look very stylish and chic not to mention how roomy they are.

The bag is really nice and good quality.
But would of been handy to have a few more compartments for small items.

£6 for standard delivery for a small…
£6 for standard delivery for a small bag that cost £70 seems unreasonable. Most businesses are free delivery after you spend £50 so seems a bit cheeky to me. Item didn’t even arrive in nice packaging, you can tell it was very much packed from a warehouse.

Beautiful bag but..
I love the bag and is spacious.
When I received it I was very excited but I noticed that on the front pocket, there were 2 light scratches.
I wanted to return it but I didn't want to deal with the shipping process, so I kept it.

I returned an item 4 weeks ago and still waiting on refund. Apparently the package is still in transit but I cant do anything about it.
The customer service was very kind and did everything they could to help. I got my refund. Thank you

This was an exceptional issue with the Fedex return and all refunds are normally processed within 7 working days of receipt of the return parcel.
