Amazing product, high quality and well thought out - obvious it’s designed by mums! It’s my second time buying a bag and I am not disappointed! Trendy, durable and super convenient to use!

Love the look of the bag but the straps to attach to the pram handle don’t fit around the icandy handle. Would also be useful to have one inside pouch for wipes or something. Otherwise I love the look of the bag. Great size, front pockets, space for bottles and stylish design. Had lots of compliments on it.

Brilliant product, despatched in a timely fashion, easy to navigate website and the bag (and changing mat) are great not just for going out but moving things around the house too.

When FedEx delivered our package to the wrong address, Storksak worked efficiently to send us a new one. We greatly appreciate the customer service, and the back has great features: a changing pad with pockets and stroller clips. More stuff can fit into it than you think possible.

Great company to deal with, I signed up for the discount code and forgot to use it at check out. I then emailed customer service and they immediately refunded me the difference without any issue. The bag arrived the next day and I couldn’t be happier with it. Excellent quality

Bags are very well made and well packed. Delivery was very fast too.
Unfortunately I didn't like the shape and size of bag and had it returned.
Return was processed very quickly and at any point I had to chase them.

Bought the Hero backpack, and after a year and a half of using it with no trouble, the zippers on the main pocket are completely useless- one of them is impossible to use and the other one keeps getting stuck, sticking and just opening although it should be shut.
The stitching inside has also come undone and some of the inside pockets are not usable as they are falling off the body of the bag.
I contacted customer service but they only have a year guarantee and they offered me a 20% code to buy a new one.. why would I knowing the quality of these bags?
Definitely not worth the money, save and buy a cheaper brand, as these ones won’t last you long!!

Got the Poppy Luxe bag but incredibly disappointed with it.
The bag albeit wonderfully spacious inside, is an absolute nightmare to hold over the shoulder. The bag doesn’t stay upright when holding therefore making it impossible to grab something out of the bag whilst standing or holding my baby.
The stitching quality is also appalling for the price you pay with threads already pulling apart.
A changing bag is supposed to be practical for daily use, unfortunately this bag is incredibly impractical with a newborn. I now have a £140 bag just sitting in a cupboard!

Storksac is a very professional company.
I am a grandmother and after seeing my daughter-in-law's bag, I thought I could use one too, when my granddaughter is with us.

Bought the Alyssa stroller bag in black&gold and the St James leather tan over a year ago, right before my LO was born.
Been using the Alyssa for a year mainly to work as it fits my Spectra dual compact pump and its accessories perfectly and I can still put in my wallet, phone and keys! The bag is not big but has plenty of space! Received many compliments from my coworkers and they couldn't believe it was a stroller bag. Unfortunately it doesn't stay up on the handlebar of my YOYO stroller, maybe because the handlebar is too round but is ok as I mainly use it to work. This one is still one of my best purchases!
The St James, I'm just going to use it for the first time in a few days for my first travel with my LO. I never did check the bag when I received it 1 year ago, I just stuffed it in the closet and so I just noticed now that my bag did not come with the stroller clips, has no side poppers as it was supposed to have when I purchased and according to the pic on the website at the time.
Also, I just noticed that on the front zipper pocket, when I try to put something in, there's a bit of cardboard like thing inside of the fabric that stuck out and makes it hard to put things in as the things gets stuck between the fabric and the cardboard. But that's on me for not checking the bag when I received it. Other than that, the bag is beautiful and the leather material is good.
