Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I bought one of their bags from Jojo Maman Bebe and their customer service was awful. They didn't direct me to Storksak and just said no they can offer me a new bag or anything because it was over a year since a bought it. I contacted Storksak and they were extremely apologetic and have sent me a new bag, as the zip was faulty.

My holy grail has arrived!
Absolutely love this bag! It’s lightweight, the side zipper is so handy & keeps it from becoming a black hole like my other diaper bags! I have 6 other diaper bags & have not switched this one out since I’ve got it! I hope something comes out in something a little larger for my next baby!

Love the bags. A lot of space inside, far better than Tiba and Marl, easy to open and see everything at once, comes with hoops to clip to the pram

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I was given helpful advice and sent some extra stroller clips when the stroller bag didn’t quite fit on my Nuna buggy because of the shape and size of the handlebars. I haven’t used the bags yet but the quality looks great.

Product Quality
First time when product was delivered it came with a dent on top. Second time was fine. They've done a good job at marketing the product but unfortunately can't match that with quality. It doesnt seem well built. Even the storksak logo plate isnt symetrically placed. My baby isnt due for another 2 months but i hope the bag shows quality then. Overall not a pleasant experience so far. It is a very very expensive bag compared to the quality they are providing.

NOT RESPONSIVE
I am quite certain I put on the correct delivery address (this was a gift and I had to get it from the recipient), although it defaulted to my billing address. I immediately after receiving the order confirmation, I sent an email to say the order was wrong. Even though the order didn't actually go out for several days, you said you couldn't make the correction. As such, I received the package. I had to re-send the package (I couldn't re-direct the package with FedEx because they don't have an office in my town). I had to re-package the gift, and re-send through the USPA, and it cost me san additional $30. I feel all this effort was simpley because you were not responsive to my immediate email.

We're so sorry you've felt disappointed with our response, we pride ourselves on going above what's normally expected with customer service. We delved in to check, due to the time difference our response came three hours on the next working day. Our distribution team work tirelessly to get the US orders shipped as a priority due to the early collection. In this case the Fed-ex had already been processed and was dispatched with the address you provided. We provided tracking so you could amend the address, but understand as there wasn't a Fed-ex office in your town this prevented you from doing so. I hope you can appreciate that we did all we could do in this instance,

My order was going to arrive late, which was not mentioned when I was purchasing. So I enquired about my order and as a gesture of good will, I was given 10% refund. I was very happy with this and the prompt and efficient service.
