Item not received and no response from store
Update: The company was very nice in reaching out and offering a solution to fix the problem!
The size of the ring I ordered was not correct, so I sent an email asking for instructions how to exchange it. I then paid almost 1/4 of the ring price to have it shipped back to the store, only to find out that after several weeks no one at the store received the package and it was sent back to me. Now I have the incorrect ring with me, I lost money for it AND the additional shipping for the failed exchange, and the store is now ignoring my emails so I don’t know what to do next.

I ordered a silver necklace from them and my shipment was, with error on behalf of the courier, sent to Mexico. They just shipped me a new necklaced completely free of cost. Customer service guy Alex was super chill and helpful. Love these guys 🙏

Great quality for price
I’ve ordered 3 items from them now (a necklace, a ring & earrings)
Each time they came in a nice packaging and arrived within a week. The quality is very good for the price you pay, and the items are just SO pretty :)
Would be nice if they had a bit more information about the pieces though (ex: measurements of the earrings etc.)
I do recommend this shop though!

Bijoux défectueux ou cassé
Très joli bijoux certes mais dès les premières heures où je l’ai porté la chaîne et sorti d’un anneau cassé.
Ce défaut n’est pas de mon fait après vérification.
J’espère que c’est une exception et que ce n’est pas relatif à la qualité de l’entièreté de la game de bijoux.
