⚠️False advertisement and harassment ⚠️
Read this before purchasing;The product I purchased was the crème of nature hair dye in the couler medium brown and light golden blonde although the light golden blonde did lift my hair the medium brown did not dispite claiming to on the packaging. When I contacted the company they were quick to respond although claimed that the fault lies with me and not with their product and denied me a refund. The product claims to do one thing and doesn’t follow through that is false advertisement which Is the exact problem I experienced and when I contacted the company they refused to take accountability and provide reparations. The sales representative that spoke to me was named Hannah and was quite passive aggressive. Beacause of this I’m having to purchase more of the product in the light blonde shade so purchase at your own risk. UPDATE: I had to purchase more of the golden blonde earlier today. After that the sales representative I mentioned earlier contacted me in regards to my review querying me about it practically asking me to take it down. I said no then we went back and forth about the situation then 4 minutes or so later whilst I was in the midst of waiting for a response I get an email that my order #2 that I had purchased again because the medium brown did not work had been refunded. Aka they denied me from purchasing again because I left a bad review. Extremely immature. And horrible customer service I felt like I was being bullied.

Regarding your recent order, we did not find any discrepancies in the product's advertised capabilities. The shade ordered may not have been the exact match for your hair, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our decision to refund your subsequent order was based on your explicit warning to others to "purchase at your own risk" from our store. Given this sentiment, we believed it was best not to proceed with another transaction.
There was never any request nor suggestion to edit your review, this is a terribly false statement and an abuse of the review system.
We regret any misunderstanding and assure you that our intention is never to cause frustration or appear unhelpful. We strive to provide courteous and efficient customer service, and we take your feedback seriously to improve our processes.
False advertising
I ordered a product and received an alternative. The alternative I received I could purchase anywhere and not pay shipping charges. Now, if I want to return I will have to pay more. If you do not have the product then simply notify me. Showing the product I ordered online and providing something else is FALSE ADVERTISING. One star as at least items were delivered. Will not be using this company again ever.

Hello, we are sad you have misrepresented this. We did not send you an alternative product. We explained to you that the entire brand was given a new look and our error was that all the photos on our website had not been updated to match the new branding.
You contacted us and we replied you immediately and we would have been happy to have the parcel returned for a full refund if you were not convinced. You did not give us a chance. We did not ask you to pay to return the parcel. You have unfairly presented this case.

I made an order since 3 weeks ago, i havent received the order. I emailed them saying i cannot log in to my account to check the order status neither can i check my order through the courier cause it keeps saying the'its inactiv', they didnt reply. The only time they replied me was them telling me they are a uk company an jt takes 10 to 14 days to receive it. Its been way more than that and i havent received my package neither have they replied to my mail of my order status. I dont advise anyone to use it. I am never going to use this again...
