Excellent value, straightforward service.
I've made two orders from Stylish Care now and the service has been excellent, straightforward and no-nonsense. Products I ordered were in stock, dispatched within the timeframe stated and I received tracking details upon dispatch. Prices are incredibly good value even when factoring in delivery costs.

They do not respond to emails
I received my order quickly, however the items were packed in a tiny box and 2 of the products arrived damaged and leaking.
I have sent 3 emails and nobody has responded to rectify the issue.
This is extremely inconvenient, unacceptable and unprofessional.
I thought I found a supplier that I could work with long term but this experience has put me off ordering from them in the future.
Update: I have sent you 3 emails in the last 3 days I used the contact information on your website. You might want to check your junk/spam emails.
Please reach out to me because I need this issue rectified urgently.

Terrific customer service and product.
Product was exactly as I remembered it to be; price and shipping cost to the States were reasonable, but perhaps most astonishing: the speed (it was shipped out from the UK almost immediately after I placed the order) and arrived within 10 days - to my great surprise. This transaction was completely smooth, ideal in all ways - and Stylishcare now has a new fan/customer!

checkout standard shipping cost
At checkout I would have been charged over £48 for standard delivery. The only other option was Express delivery which was £18+ this was obviously an error on your website. I would have chosen standard delivery which I assume would have been £8 something. your website stated shipping same day. I have not had any communication that shipping has been made??

Your order was received past 7pm on the night of the 20th. This was well past the 1pm same day shipping shown on our website. It was processed same day, left us next day on the 21st and is now due for delivery to you today 22nd Feb. The tracking data was sent to you along with the dispatch details.
