Ordered some Elite Fg predators..Box was battered looked second hand or someone elses return....and they were Soft Ground boots in the Pro version in the box which are between £50-70.. I paid £103 including delivery.
Got a funny feeling its gonna be a nightmare getting a refund. AVOID

Avoid them. They are running an online scam. Anything you buy will never get that. They use your money for other purposes and then after two weeks you have to ask for a refund. They don’t have any help line number. Only way to contact them via email and they don’t reply you on time. Waste or your time and money. My order never arrived and i was so pissed.

Don’t buy from them. They are running an online scam. Poor communication. Items never dispatched. I have to ask to return after one week. They are not trustworthy. They will hold your money for week or two. Anything you buy will never be posted to you. So avoid them.

Never will purchase from this horrendous company ever again. Purchased items that did not fit. Returned items costing £4.99 to return via yodel ( as per company request). Tracked parcel and company received 4 days after posting. Writing this 19 days after goods received and after 8 emails still have not received my money of any communication from this company. Despicable customer service. Gangsters holding money from customers

I ordered a high-value e-bike on 15th April and expected it to arrive on Saturday. However, it never arrived and I’ve yet to receive any apology for the delay. I’ve now requested a refund via email but I haven’t heard back. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. It’s not like I ordered a pair of socks; I ordered a £2000 bike!

I have been trying to contact Lovell Sports to enquire about a product, and they are uncontactable. Based on the difficulty in trying to contact them, I would not purchase anything.

This company is a complete let down. I have not received my order in nearly a month. The parcel was left outside my front door and they have not done anything to put it right. I wasn’t offered a replacement or a refund I’m still waiting and have been for nearly a month!!!!!!!!

I have been emailing for an update but just seem to be getting ignored. I will never shop with this company again and looking at there previous reviews you can see they don’t know what they are doing.

I am so disappointed and will be looking to arrange a charge back with my bank as I have not received the items I paid for and have not been refunded.

Do not shop here terrible customer services.

Ordered a coach shoulder bag, the wrong product was delivered. When I’ve returned I’ve tracked my parcel which was delivered 5 days ago. Still no confirmation that the return has been received and no contact regarding the full refund. I’ve used the online contact form and still no response. Still awaiting full refund.

Running trainers ordered and didn’t fit. I returned them for a refund and this still hasn’t been paid back despite the item being back with them for over a week and time period they said the refund would be issued. The replies are slow and there is no consistency to the replies. Would not buy again and advise against.

Sent the wrong items, were late to reply and need me to package and return the items to them in order to rectify. A lot of hassle!

Ordered a pair of football boots for my son, they arrived on 25th the tag states size 2 like i ordered but the boot is actually size 1, if I download form and return it have to pay return postage, I have tried emailing twice but getting no response I have looked for a customer service number but none, I would avoid this company

Ordered new boots for my son. Delivery meant to be via Evri. Of course Evri don't deliver. Contacted customer services multiple times without response as want a full refund. Still waiting.

Very difficult to navigate. No customer aftercare at all.

Ordered two pairs of trainers. One pair arrived,they went straight back, I'm still waiting for them to even acknowledge it although I know it arrived a week ago because I tracked. I'm still waiting for the other pair of trainers,it's been 20 days so far.....

Don't bother to ring them as their phone lines are closed down.

I have been emailing all week due to a missing trainer but no-one has bothered to respond at all - absolutely awful

Five weeks ago my son’s new £130 addidas preditors arrived. He has worn them three times and now the elastic strap whipped out of the tongue. Over the last five days I have had three replies to my request for new boots to be told to send them back to be assessed. I had already supplied photo evidence of the fault. What boots are they expecting my son to use as they have already said to allow 7 days for it to get back to them then how many more days for them to deal with the situation and has if they don’t lose them! It’s not like can ring the company as they don’t have a phone number. I blame myself really for not knowing this company is also sports direct. RIP off!

For days I am trying to get in touch with you but no response I ordered shoes 16 March I haven’t received my order ,evri said it was damaged and all I want is a replacement

Dreadful waste of time. Ordered a pair of Levi’s jeans from Lovell Sports, same as I have previously bought from Levi’s. The jeans received bear no resemblance to the size ordered, being many inches too large in the waist and not anywhere close to the correct length. The label inside the jeans doesn’t match that on the outside. Goods are not as described/ reasonably expected from the description . I need to return and hope Lovell Sports will do as they should and cover all postage costs. Not heard back from customer services yet.
