I ordered two Slazenger trolley cases and both arrived with visible bends/damage inside the cases. . Reading the reviews here has made me quite worried, especially as the only contact option appears to be an online form/email address. I sincerely hope my experience will be different and that Lovell Sports responds promptly and makes the return and refund process straightforward. All I want is to return the two damaged suitcases quickly and receive a full refund. I do not want replacements

The worst! Wish id of read these reviews before I ordered. Paid £7.99 for express 48 hour delivery. They didn't ship my order, its still witb them 5 days later. They dont reply to emails or messages. Just ignore customers. Shambles, scam of a shop

Ordered a good quality skipping rope and when the package arrived, the contents rattled inside which I thought was a bit strange. Well inside was a set of football studs, and a receipt for the skipping rope. I looked for a contact number or email and eventually emailed Lovell customer service saying they had sent the wrong item. I did get a response a couple days later saying please send photos of the item and they would investigate. I sent the images and had no reply. After a few days and several emails without response, I remembered I had paid via Paypal. I contacted them and explained the issue and sent them the various images and they were excellent. They immediately refunded the money pending the case being awarded in my favour. Shortly after Lovell emailed me with an apology and a pre-paid return label. I sent the item back and after a few days Paypal said the refund was permament and the case had been closed in my favour.
About a week later Lovell emailed to say my package was on the way, and although puzzled, I thought maybe they had decided to send the skipping rope as a gesture of goodwill. Just before the package arrived, I got another email stating that as my return could not be identified (despite it having their original label inside with the order number) they could not process the refund and the item was being sent back to me! The package arrived and yes, I am yet again the proud owner of a spare set of football studs!

*Updated: I note your reply as below, but as per my comments above I have received a refund via Paypal with the case being awarded in my favour. The case is now closed and obviously I won't use Lovell again.

Wish I read these reviews before placing an order 😩😩

Placed an order on Thursday 26th well before the order CUT OFF time stated on Lovells website and in there T&Cs. I paid the extra charge for faster delivery, paying for guaranteed 48 hour delivery, for the order to arrive today, Sat 28th.

To date I have received NO dispatch notification, my order hasn't been despatched its still at the "Confirmed/Packing" Status. Ive tried to chase but they have NO customer phone number, only email. No response to email.

Today is the delivery date and my order hasn't even been sent yet. No correspondence from company. Avoid what an absolute shambles!

Absolutely disgusting you have the audacity to advertise a big back to school advert on your home page to then take advantage of parents. Now £50 down with a bank holiday weekend and having to source replacement items before school on Wednesday.

Will be reporting to my bank, also filing a report to klarna, paypal and clearpay that you are sponsored by because im sure they will not want to be affiliated with a business which is run in this way.

Tried to cancel an order straight away as I made an error, no phone number or customer service. By the time I heard back they already had arrived. Poor customer support for 2026.

Ordered rugby boots - a non matching pair of different boots to the order turned up and they refused to send a replacement boot - no telephone number / not a proper business : avoid

Item as described, fast delivery, cant fault the service.

Extremely poor customer service. Just a form to submit or email from which you receive no acknowledgement or reply! No phone number or option to speak to a person.
My parcel has not been received due to the couriers Evri claiming they had a problem with my delivery address, but they were there delivering another parcel at the same time! No customer service provided to help resolve the situation.
The combination of the poor support from Lovell Sports and the increasing frustration with Evri would not recommend or use again!

I have since received a reply to my email and the refund process has been initiated. Hopefully this will result in a better review when this has been completed.

Avoid. Ordered 2 pairs of Elite football boots and not only did they send the wrong type (lower tier pro versions) but they have also sent me completely the wrong stud types when I clearly ordered firm ground. I have tried to get in touch with them via their contact form but am yet to hear anything and surprise surprise there is no phone number to contact. I am now left with 2 pairs of completely the wrong items that I have no use for

Wrong items sent! Ordered 2x Nike air bags for my Son's and they have sent me 2 totally different bags! Now I'm going to have to rush round and get 2 backpacks before they go back to school!! Waiting for a reply from Customer Services so I can return but have heard they take days to reply! I should have ordered elsewhere as the reviews are shocking for this company!

Edit: After finally getting through to Customer Services I returned both the bags but they have only refunded for the one! Awaiting someone to contact me AGAIN so they can refund the whole amount!

No customer Service. I took an hour finding trainers suitable for high school ..found 2 pairs for my grandsons great price and Adidas . As nhs staff I got 10% off great I thought... told the boys sorted trainers. No got message today they refunded one of the pairs and obviously the pair which is hardest to find . No sorry No reason just Email saying partial refund on my order. Cancel all order ...Quick enough to take money but takes ages to get refund so thanks Lovell for your Non Customer Service.. Will not be ordering again..

Ordered trainers and completely the wrong colour received and style slightly differs to photos.
Now I have to foot costs to return and wait for my refund.

Placed an order which company cancelled and refunded without stating why. Went back onto site and re-ordered the same product which was then cancelled again the next day without reason.
Contacted the company who then said the product was out of stock (despite showing as in stock when both orders placed)

Customer service is shocking,

No phone number, no chat just email… a reply takes days then the just cut all contact. Order not received and was told to wait and contact back after 5 days which I’ve done am no reply! This was a birthday present and now haven’t received in time. If Lovell sports would like to get this sorted asap I would appreciate it!!!!! Order: LOVE90835

Ordered an item that's still showing in stock for next day delivery. They've then cancelled the order with no explanation whatsoever. Two days wasted and holding my money for up to 10 days. Micky mouse outfit

I’m absolutely sickened by the unprofessional behaviour of this company. I ordered a lazy spa that turned up with a hole in it. 5weeks ago they collected it and I am STILL waiting for a refund. And have no communication with them all I keep getting is (were sorry to hear this let me escalate it) they are completely useless and disgusting how they are happy to take your money in a rush but now dragging their feet to give it me back

Bought Nike's for the wife's birthday.
110 pound,opened box,yeah right colour right size.wrapped them up ready for her birthday, birthday came 2wks later,she opened them pulled them out of box and both soles were covered in dirt and dust,these were obviously returns that hadn't been checked.absolutley diabolical

I received a faulty product - a basketball hoop which hadn’t been soldered properly. It was far from an easy item to return, as it was attached to a wall. But I did. And was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 working days (I was initially told I could have a refund or replacement and I wanted a replacement as we had drilled all the holes in the wall. But lo and behold suddenly I couldn’t have a replacement). When I chased up with customer service when I didn’t receive the refund, they initially replied to say they would ensure it gets to me and update me. But they have now gone silent on me and I have still not received the refund, over 30 working days later!!! It’s a lot of money and they know I’m waiting for the refund to be able to buy my son another. What makes it worse is the total silence from them. Very upsetting and unprofessional.
