This estate agent went above and beyond to sell my property when the market was slow and I gave up hope they never did they done everything to help me sell and boost my morale the girls were fantastic helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough best agents on the island thankyou

Our experience of moving house was made easier by staff from Susan Payne, Jan was always there to manage any queries, which was excellent, all the sales girls visited the house, so they were au fait with the property.

Susan Payne estate agents go the extra mile for you! We found them to be very on the ball when dealing with our purchase,very reliable and always did what they said they would i.e. ringing back. Buying a property can be very fraught but they kept us informed every step of the way. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Fantastic estate agents. They always knew exactly what stage we were at whilst selling our house. You can call and speak with anyone in the office and they can give you an answer straight away, they go above a beyond an estate agents role. I wasn't keen on using an agent but Susan Payne are honestly the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much to the team there for all the support, guidance and making the whole process less stressful.

Susan Payne Property is unusual as it doesn’t have any High Street presence. The agency is based in Wootton on the Isle of Wight and run by Susan with her excellent team.
All of the staff are well trained and helpful. Each staff member has their own role but clearly keep in touch with each other to enable them to assist when clients phone in.
When our property didn’t sell we had a meeting with Susan and she decided to get a drone photographer to take shots showing the proximity to the sea and countryside. We think this really helped to sell the house.
We were very happy with Susan Payne and can see why her For Sale boards are all over the island!

Not told all the facts about our buyer up front, if we had known everything we wouldn’t have accepted their offer. Learnt things gradually, went on months then fell through. Now out of pocket with solicitor’s fees and falling house prices. Disappointing and stressful experience.
