Sono stato costretto ha fare un bonifico ogni mese perché non riuscivano a prendere i soldi da una normalissima carta intesa dando colpa alla banca.
Assistenza commerciale inesistente, addebiti di penali da 10 euro al giorno perché non riuscivano a prendere i soldi senza nessun avviso

Quando il primo tentativo di pagamento fallisce, ti inviamo sino a 5 e-mail di promemoria per darti la possibilità di effettuare il pagamento manualmente, senza nessun costo amministrativo aggiuntivo. Il nostro servizio clienti e' sempre attivo da lunedì al sabato; per qualsiasi problema non esitare a contattarci 💙💙

Lo scooter è nuovo
Sia le ruote piccole che la velocità che gli ammortizzatori non sono il top...ma in città va benissimo.
Unica vera pecca...avere SOLO la RC.
Se te lo rubano....sono soldoni.
Ovviamente franchigia minima se restituisci sia batteria che le chiavi, ma dopo aver visto la dimensione ed il peso della batteria ...credo improbabile la rimozione ed il trasporto della stessa. Di sera in box super sicuro, ma di giorno a Milano in centro...😱
