It’s a scam, they send a ₹100 bag

Hi everyone, this company is a SCAM - unfortunately I saw everyone's reviews late but do not worry, I have found out all details about the owner. I reached out to them through another ID and asked for their GST number on the pretext of ensuring its a legitimate business.

Being a lawyer, I was able to pull out all the relevant and actual details of this company. This is NOT named as Mahaveer Enterprises, rather it is MAHDEV enterprises and is operated by MR. MAHESH PATIL (PAN:DBZPP3182D) and GSTN: 29DBZPP3182D1ZZ. Address is 95/96, 18th Cross, Karivobanahalli Thigalarapalya, Main Road, Peenya 2nd Stage, Karnataka - 560058.

I have already sent a legal notice to him, and will be filing a consumer complaint if I am not refunded my money in the next 7 days. If anyone wishes to join me, please reach out to me on telegram (@kanupriya55).

They are bloody scammers !!! Please please save your money and don’t buy from them. As soon as the goods get delivered they will block you the same way they did to me. I ordered stuff worth rupees 15k and the goods they delivered were not even worth rupees 100. As soon i found out they blocked me from everywhere. So please save yourself from this scam.

It’s a scam don’t buy any thing from them . Everything they are showing on there Instagram is fake … don’t waste your hard earned money …

I shall be filing a class action lawsuit against this business. Anyone else having sinilar problems can feel free to join me.

I had a terrible experience with Mahaveer Enterprises (Swipe Luxury / Kickswave) and want to warn everyone about their fraudulent practices.

I found their contact number on swipeluxury.com and reached out to Priyanka from Mahaveer Enterprises via WhatsApp regarding a red jacket. She claimed she could arrange it for ₹3,699 but asked me to pay ₹999 as a partial COD payment. After I made the payment, she completely ignored my messages, even though she was clearly reading them. The order was never placed, and I was left with zero response and no refund.

This is nothing but a scam! They take your money and then vanish without fulfilling their promise. If a seller is refusing to respond after taking your payment, it's a clear sign of fraud. Do not fall for their tricks!

I will be taking serious legal action and reporting this scam to cybercrime authorities. If you’ve been scammed by them, I urge you to do the same. Stay away from these fraudsters and do not trust Mahaveer Enterprises, Swipe Luxury, or any transactions involving the UPI name "Kickswave"!

I PURCHASED A SAINT LAURENT BAG AND A VERSACE PERFUME FROM SWIPELUXURY.COM . BUT THEY HAVE DELIVERED FAKE PRODUCTS OF ALMOST ZERO VALUE . ON CONTACTING THEY BLAMED IT ON THEIR SHIPPING PARTNERS AND ARE SAID TO RETURN IT IN 5 TO 6 DAYS . HOWEVER EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS AND A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS THEY ARE JUST HANGING THE MATTER .AS PER THEIR SERVICES AND THE WAY OF HANDLING ITS NOT LOOKING GOOD . I HAVE COMPLAINED ON VARIOUS PORTALS LIKE NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE , COMPANY S REGISTERED MAIL , FILED A CASE WITH ONLINE LEGAL INDIA ETC BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE COMPANY IS OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID GSTIN NUMBER , I FIND THIS COMPANY INVOLVD IN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. THEIR MOBILE NUMBER IS SWITCHED OFF , YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEN EXCEPT WHATSAPP . THEY ARE FRAUDS . PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING AND REPORT THESE FRAUSSTERS.

This is a FRAUD , sends random 10 rs items after taking 50 percent advance.
Does not reply to calls and messages. His family should rott in hell!!!

Since it was my first order in 2025, I would like to wish everyone at Swipe luxury a very Happy New year and all the best for a years to come. I received my order right on time and it was is a very Awesome Packaging.

Everything was fine, delivery on time, return of product was repaid promptly.

I used Swipe luxury for the first time as wanted to buy a designer bag. I was very apprehensive, especially when I realized it was being send from Mumbai.

The ordering and paying proccess is really easy. The packages have a good quality and are always really neat. Also the returns are really easy and i love that they include the return awb in the package.

I ordered a counterfeit Christian Dior bag from Swipe Luxury, fully aware it was a fake, but what they sent me was beyond disappointing. The bag I received was not even close to what I expected—it was an absolute disaster. The quality was terrible, looking more like something you'd find at a dollar store than a designer knockoff. The stitching was uneven, the material felt like cheap plastic, and the overall look was just trashy. Honestly, it made me want to throw up.

Please, DO NOT waste your money here. I’ve seen other reviews with similar complaints, and it’s clear that this site is a scam. If you’ve already ordered from them, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge and protect your funds.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t fall for this. It’s a total rip-off!

Swipe luxury is reliable and has excellent choices. If something does not please one, it can be returned promptly. the company is one that i trust.
