Solar panels is a big decision and a…
Solar panels are a big decision and a big financial commitment. Solar switch was completely available at all times, easy to reach with answers and support. We had so many questions and they took their time and resources to explain and then back it up with email resources.
The actual solar panels and battery are excellent. They were installed in February and we didn’t think we would get full use of them until summer but we have had full charge, free electricity and making money from the grid. Plus, it is all GREEN!

Very detailed application process
Very detailed and sometimes lengthy process, but at every step there was someone dealing with specific issues/and progress of the process. Each person i had contact with was knowledgeable, helpful and very keen to ensure I had all the information I needed to be able to make informed decisions regarding the process of getting my solar panels installed. Informing me regularly of next steps. Provided me with updates and responding promptly when I asked questions.

Painless process
Painless process, everyone helpful and professional. Good price, good workmen.
Only issue was that there was a discrepancy between the surveyor and fitters as to the location of the battery and inverter on the day.

Installation went well. The reason for only 4 stars is because I have not any information on how the system operates and hence get the best out of the installation. However it does appear to be working satisfactorily.
