He did very terrible. I came back in a day later cause I could not find a retro kit to convert from natural propane to natural gas when I asked your people who I bought it from they told me final sale you’re on your own we told you so in other words go to hell we’re not gonna help you out that was very disrespectful and rude. I will never ever buy any bullshit any appliances. Anything from TA appliances ever again your Etobicoke store was very rude and obnoxiously. They could’ve changed the unit from a floor model that had not even been out of it box that they made the wrapping was still on it. They could’ve just exchanged the whole unit and paid a little more money for a natural gas unit. This company chose to be rude disrespectful and I will never buy anything from you again oh and by the way, there is a conversion kit from Royal QING for this barbeque where I was told that there is no conversion kit.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful with our fridge selection. The delivery team was extremely careful with our new fridge and ensuring that our home was properly protected. TA was an excellent experience at a very affordable price.

Great store with a great selection of appliances. Lots on the sales floor to see along with a massive barbecue section. The small Appliance section is very good as well!. The staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and are invested in your purchase. They care about you and your projects or purchases. Highly recommend!

received the kit but not the rod. I have left a message with customer service to this regard.

The delivery men arrived on time. Very professional and polite. They were here and gone in under 10 minutes!

The absolute worst customer services ever. They sell you an appliance and wash their hands of any help to rectify any problems. Do not shop here. Go to a big box store, at least they are pleasant. No accountability.
Update-my apologies-I was asked to update my response once I read the review.
I need to clarify my review, after waiting 6 weeks for an appliance to which I called and asked the general manager when I could expect it, I was told “it’s not my problem it’s GE’s problem.
Finally upon delivery-it didn’t work. Being left with a new appliance that from that point on was turned over to GE to have a LOVELY service technician tell me it was a lemon. From there GE did a wonderful job at replacing it. Not TA.
Not to seem nefarious, however, when it was delivered the delivery company destroyed my carpet.
Alas, to correct the response-“constant communication” was initiated by me. Not TA. After many attempts at trying to figure this out….i wait for a new appliance to still be delivered after ordering nearly 3 months ago.
Also waiting for their 3rd party delivery company to address the damages done. It unfortunate that companies get away with no accountability-and to quote my initial response-wash their hands of customers.

Incompetent process from start to finish. Highly disappointed and will definitely not recommend.

After TA’s response I only want to say that I did not find 7 days between payment received and product received to be a reasonable length of time to resolve. There was no confusion, your team could not find the payment and refused to give me the product after proof of payment was given immediately as requested. No confusion just incompetence.

The delivery people were supposed to install the units but left very quickly without any installation completed.
The drainage hose was broken and we needed to call in service people to fix the units after they were given to us defectively.

Ordered a GE dishwasher online Apr. 28th, 2026. It is now May the 20th and we still don't have a delivery date.We went into the storeover a week ago and our salesman, Carter gave us a date of today, May 20th. I talked to Carter today May 20th, and he still doesn't have a confirmed delivery date. He said he was aiming for a week today...AGAIN! Definitely not a confirmed delivery date. We asked for a refund due to the inability to delivery the dishwasher in a timely manner and because we were never given a firm delivery date, or even where our dishwasher was. We were told NO REFUNDS and would have to wait till God knows when for our dishwasher. The customer service of TA Appliances is the worst I've experienced ever. The sales agent we are dealing with in Brantford is as frustrated as we are. NEVER AGAIN FOR TA APPLIANCES!

Our purchase and product delivery went smoothly but after that our experience was abysmal. We bought a Blomberg floor model panel ready fridge, for about $5000. When it was delivered in late March the power cord was damaged so I had to cut and splice it to plug it in. I requested a replacement. 7 weeks later it still had not arrived so I had to buy one elsewhere at my own expense. It was a custom design so it was not cheap. When we went to install the panels on the fridge, most of the mounting brackets were missing as well as almost all of the decorative trim. We managed to McGiver the mounting and I have requested the decorative trim but I am not holding my breath. There is also a software glitch with the fridge. Given how long it has taken to not get a replacement power cord, I am not holding my breath about this either.

After 32 years I will be retiring ou broil King BBQ. It has been a great BBQ. Going to miss it. It has treated us well. Wish I could add a pic.
