Had a problem with ordering on the site and getting Military Discount. E-mailed company. Got a response back right away. They took care of the problem. Received product about 5 days and free goods as promised with no problems. That's the company you want to deal with. Great Military company and great customer service. Please give them your order, you won't be disappointed with their service. The Tactical Mats or top of the line for your weapon repairs or cleaning. Shooting rests great ( not filled) good quality. More Military companies should represent their products to customers like Tactical Elite does.*****

I bought the Magnetic Mat for cleaning for my husband for fathers day. He said he didn't need it so I started the process of returning it. I contacted customer service and I received an immediate (within the same day)email explaining what I needed to do and the appropriate paperwork needed to be included, to return this item. They kept in touch with me and when the item was received I immediately received a full refund to my account. Thank you Gustavo!

Do not purchase from this company. They sent me a broken, defective item, and the customer service experience only made things worse.

They required me to provide a video showing the defect, but despite exchanging more than 30 emails trying to send it, their system would not accept the video. It felt impossible to provide the evidence they requested.

To make matters worse, they expected me to pay the return shipping costs for their defective product in order to receive a refund.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and money—shop elsewhere.

As I mentioned to Gustavo, did not expect the response I received. Just know that when you order something from Tactical Elites, these are honest to goodness understanding company. I am surprisingly elated at how nice they are to deal with. I’ll definitely be passing the good word on about you! Thank you so much!!!

Despite a shipping issue which was not the fault of TacticalElites, their representative was more than happy to replace the item as quickly as possible. I very much appreciate the customer service mindset of this company.

I hate spending my time doing reviews. So unless something is extraordinarily wonderful or poor, I refrain.

I purchased a few products from Tactical Elites a few months ago. One of the items was a very expensive lighter. The lighter worked for a few days and then broke. It was not poorly handled. It was in my pocket for the two days. It was just a very poorly made, very expensive lighter.

I reached out to customer service hoping for a refund or replacement. Apparently, if it's been past 30 days, you're out of luck.

I went back and forth with customer service a few times, and at this point, I just feel insulted.

Like I said, I used the lighter for a few days, and now it will not light. On top of the expensive lighter, I had to purchase fuel.

The part that really bums me out is I purchased directly from the company, thinking that it would be the best way to support a small business. But now, looking back, I would've been much better off purchasing from Amazon.

This is so sad.

Please think twice before purchasing from this company. And if you must, definitely consider purchasing through Amazon or some other seller, so at least you don't get screwed when they send you a defective product.

I contacted Tactical Elites regarding my order status. In a matter of less than a half hour someone responded to my inquiry. I not only received my tracking numder, my order was expedited to two day delivery! Awesome customer service!!!

I had made a mistake with an order was not sure how to cancel it on their website and after texting them they went ahead and did for me. It took less then 5 minutes and I was able to reorder.

Had an issue with an order. They addressed it quickly.

It was my dumb mistake but they took care of me anyway.

Bought the bore sight 2.0. Worked finw the first time I used it. The second time, the adapter broke while I was installing it. I asked for a replacement, but was told it was out of the 30 day return/warranty period. I bought it in Feb 2026 and it broke in mid-May 2026 on the second use. The adapters, arguably the most important part of the bore sight, is a screw and cheap plastic.

If you want a single use bore sighter, buy this one. More than one use, you are rolling the dice.

The customer service matches the poor product quality.

Do not buy the tactical elite boresight 2.0
Literally just wasted half my Sunday trying to get this optic sighted in and it’s still not sighted in. Should be an easy process based off the videos but when you line the optic up with the laser I mean it’s not hitting anywhere near where the laser is. Waste of time and money.

The bore site I ordered arrived within a week and did the trick for initial 0 of a new optic. The .45 cal adapter worked great with a 10mm barrel I was working with.

I didn't receive tracking info but nbd - it showed up

Recently picked up the Magnetic Cleaning Mat as well as the boresight kit. First impressions on both I was blown away by the quality. Super high quality build on both. After using the mat for the first time I literally said out load “wow this is so clutch” there’s spots for everything and the magnetic area is super helpful. I just got a new red dot for my pistol and used the site right 2.0 to dial it in. Went to the range and it’s right on the money!

Besides a quality product, customer service is important to me. Gustavo, was exceptional when addressing the issue of my delayed boresight.

This boresight is the best one I've held/used period. If you need a boresight, Sight Right 2.0 is above all others plus you have this amazing company and team behind it.

Says the magnetic mat i ordered was in stock and ready to be shipped and still hasn't shipped, i forsee this being like most companies where I get a bs email saying due to an unforseen or unexpected surge in order my product is now back ordered and they didnt expect this to happen
