I bought the bore site 2.0 and works great. Shipped within 3 days. Had some questions about it a few times and typically got a reply within the same day if not the next day. Any issues I read before seems to be addressed and resolved. Enjoying my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more items in the future.

Great company to work with. When I had a question around the time it took for my item to ship, they were right there with the answer, and as it turned out it was just a miscommunication and my item arrived that night. I would order anything from these guys, knowing they're on top of it and selling great products.

I had a great experience with Tactical Elites and wanted to share how impressed I am with their products. The boresighter was incredibly easy to use right out of the box and made dialing in my setup quick and hassle-free. It saved me a ton of time at the range and worked exactly as expected.

On top of that, their gun mat is hands down my favorite product they offer. The quality is excellent, it’s super functional, and it’s become a staple anytime I’m cleaning or working on my firearms.

Overall, everything from product quality to usability has been top-notch. Tactical Elites clearly puts a lot of thought into their gear, and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, well-designed products.

I’ve used a few different boresighters over the years and this one is by far the easiest to use. Setup takes maybe a minute and it gets you very close before you fire your first shot.

If you mount optics yourself, this tool saves time and frustration for sure.

I recently picked up the Titan Rifle Case from Tactical Elites and have been really impressed with the quality. The material feels durable and the padding gives me confidence that my rifle is well protected when transporting it to the range.

The case has plenty of space and the layout makes it easy to organize everything without feeling cramped. Zippers and stitching also feel solid, which is something I always look for in a rifle case.

Shipping was quick and the whole experience with Tactical Elites was smooth. Definitely happy with the purchase and I’ll be buying from them again.

I recently picked up the gun cleaning mat from Tactical Elites and it’s been a great addition to my cleaning setup. Before this I was just using an old towel on my workbench, which always ended up with oil stains and small parts rolling everywhere.
The mat gives me a dedicated space to work and it keeps everything organized while I’m cleaning. It’s thick enough to protect the surface underneath and it wipes clean easily after each session.
Overall it’s a simple product but it makes firearm maintenance a lot easier and less messy. Definitely glad I added it to my setup.

Customer service SUCKS! Take ur money the day you order and ship about 2 weeks later, can’t say anything about products, gave it as Christmas gift, afraid if I sent it back I would not get my money back or at least take a month or so to refund. Asked via email yo cancel my order, they said it already shipped but no tracking info for 5 days later , so I have to say they lied! Take ur business elsewhere

Very Late delivery. I understand that it is the holidays and delivery services are busy. But the expected delivery time should be adjusted. I sent an email and have not gotten a replied.

All these positive reviews are fake. This company is a scam and will take your money and never send the product. If you see any posts or reviews otherwise, it is fake. Do not understand any circumstances order from this Middle Eastern Scamming group from Lebanon.

They have written all over the place that they ship worldwide, but... not to Poland. So not worldwide.

For plus, they were replying to emails pretty quick. But every answer were very similar so i belive it was a bot.

Order my laser but now for some reason can't even track the package or contact the company

Got the Site Right 2.0 Boresighter for the holidays. Was so excited to get it open and start using it at the range. To my surprise, I was missing the adapter for a 9mm caliber. Not a big deal, I figured I could reach out, explain the situation, send some pictures and get the adapter sent over. Boy was I wrong. Over a month later and I am still waiting on even confirmation that a new adapter will be sent. Every time I reach out and ask for an update, no one has any idea where the adapter is. I sent clear pictures, explained the situation, was told a new adapter was going to be sent and that I would get tracking when it does and I am still waiting. Hopefully I finally get some information or I will just ask for a refund. Oh, and they also took down my comment on a social media post about how I was missing an adapter. I don’t honestly care that they did, it’s their profile. But you’d hope for some transparency and customer service

0 stars! Purchased never received. Support is junk when asking where my stuff is. I ended up disputing the charges.

Edit: Finally received the goods after numerous emails asking about them. The ordered was mispacked so only received partial goods and of course shows fully fulfilled order. Took forever to get the details of the rest of the goods. Terrible experience as a customer. Not the only retailer that has shown this type of characteristic this year.

Never delivered, over 2 months and more than 20 emails to get my money back... Never again, not recommended.

If I could give it no stars, I would! I purchased a special packaged product and express processing offered by Tactical Elite on their website on Sept. 9, 2024. My tracking information showed that it has been in transit for all this time and USPS when investigating believes it did not have my address on the package in the bar code and that is why it has been bouncing around from one location to another while I still do not have what has been ordered. Over a month later I still do not have it and just keep getting am told to have patience. There is no contact phone number so now I consider that I have been simply ripped off. I do not know what more I can say than I do not recommend anyone do business with Tactical Elites!
