They made an impossible move, look easy

delivery that was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the latest arrived to my home at 6:00 p.m.

I had to correspond with the driver the entire time and check on him and it really threw off my day as well as the person who sold me the furniture. the drivers also accidentally arrived here even after it was clearly stated in the app as well as our correspondence that this was the final destination. It was very embarrassing and an incredibly long day. only allowing two stars because the furniture itself was not damaged...

Driver was on time and efficient. He handled the items with care and professionalism.

Did not send enough people to do the job when they knew up front everything that was needed. One guy spoke no English whatsoever. Other guy spoke very little English. We had to get additional help for them to complete the job. Then they put a hole in the Sheetrock with the item they were moving.

The delivery guy assigned to my task broke my brand new, very expensive dresser and then just “fixed” it with 1 screw he happened to have in his truck. He tried to brush it off like it was ok and it was nothing. He was very careless with his work and i am very disappointed and unhappy with my experience. This was my first time using Taskrabbit and honestly don’t know if i trust it enough to use it going forward.

Showed up late. One person dropped the boxes off while the other stayed in the truck. Didn’t seem to care about tracking dirt in. Not worth the money that was paid for the service. After two poor experiences with task rabbit I will never use or recommend their services.

One of worst services ever. I ordered items from best buy, they totally scratched and dented the items. So I returned the items. While returning, they dropped it! Don’t try them!!

Our original date and delivery had to be rescheduled because the team members showed up to get the couch with a truck too small to fit the furniture. This led to us having to reorganize our calendars for a later date. Upon delivery, the gentlemen were very nice but not as cautious as they should have been carrying the pieces up our stairwell. They damaged the wall significantly in two places. We are having to get repaired and remedied by Taskrabbit through a claim. Nothing happened to the furniture and we are grateful it is in our home.

We were scheduled for 8:30-9:00am pickup and taskers didn’t arrive until 2:30. Tried contacting customer service and it was impossible to find someone to talk to.

Only 1 of 4 items was in the bag that was delivered. How could the delivery person not have noticed that the order was so light?

My item was a large wood and metal preassembled desk that was left in the parking lot of my building not at the front door, where you would normally have expected somebody to come out and get the item. Made no attempt to contact me as instructed in the directions for delivery. Essentially left the item as far away from my apartment door as he possibly could have and still been on the same property. Customer support for this issue is horrible and I would definitely not recommend task at all.

Was on time. Gentle with delivery. Respectful and polite .

Generally positive. Guys ran a bit late.

The app/booking part was nonsense but my taskrabbit himself was great! He was friendly, efficient, and my table was completely undamaged. I was alone but still felt safe. I'd absolutely hire him again!

The app would only let me book on the browser (as in, clicking anything instantly redirected me to the browser) but the browser wouldn't let me log in, so tracking the job was messy. If the delivery hadn't been important I probably would've given up

It was easy to schedule and use. We had a great experience with the person who came out to help us. He communicated with us about time and location of meeting and was on time. He completed the project/move of all of our items and was very courteous and professional.
