The delivery guy showed up by himself and it was a very heavy couch. It was not a box truck or even fully covered during transport. There was evidence of tape having been directly on the velvet fabric and he badly damaged two of the legs while man-handling the couch and tipping it on its edge into rocks, without any protection under it.

Complete and utter fail on his part. He pretty much single handedly screwed up what was a beautiful couch.

The move was extremely fast, efficient, professional. I was really pleased and gave my Helpers a tip and great review, following which I was suddenly charged an additional $81 charge for hauling away my couch, when I had already paid for Haul Away PLUS a fee. When I asked about it (online, because you can't speak to a person, evidently), I was barely given an explanation and brushed off. That was really disappointing and put a bad taste in my mouth, so I may not use the service again because it makes it seem like you're going to ADD EXTRA CHARGES AFTER THE FACT no matter what you have stated beforehand, with little to no explanation. In addition, it says any changes will be explained and approved by you BEFORE they do it! False. So, I'm not sure it's a trustworthy company/service to use.

Delivery went smoothly, and everything was left neat and clean

The guys were very communicative about arrival times, showed up on time & ready to go.

They quickly confirmed my items and got to work, efficiently and safely moving all my items into the truck.

They were extremely professional and friendly, accommodating for both of my building's setups, including a brief waiting period for my move-in time.

During that time we had a great conversation, before they quickly and carefully setup my new furniture as I requested.

I was extremely impressed with Juan and Miguel, great guys who did a great job.

First gasket that arrived was great…the second helper was not as skilled

Quick scheduling, pick up & delivery efficient & on time.Friendly driver & assistant staff.

I had asked that the person who was dropping off my delivery to please ring the doorbell, and someone would come down and grab the bag (after being dropped off)in an email asking for any further instruction. I was also suppose to get an email letting me know it was delivered. No doorbell was rung, and the email wasn't until the next day. I don't know how long it was sitting there, but I didn't get home until around 3:30 or so.

My entrance door is right next to an alley along with a sidewalk next to the building. A person walking down the alley could have seen the bag, come up and grab it or some of the items inside and keep on walking and I would never had known it was delivered and would have a hard time proving it.

Damaged many items. Came late.

I would give you NO STARS, I would Never use this service. Your definition of installation isn’t installation. Everything I asked them to do they said the Company Police would not allow them to do. You are more interested in not being sued if any went wrong than you are to service/ complete the task you were hired for.- PITIFUL!!
All they did was pick up the refrigerator from Best Buy & drive 10 minutes to my house bring it into my entrance, position it 8 feet from my front door & leave. No unpacking it, no putting it in its proper place no removing the existing refrigerator, —they told me I had to empty the place that spot that it was to go into, they would not plug it in to see if it worked— nor connect it to water source- there was No Installation —VERY POOR

It was a last minute delivery which they pulled through. Incredible!! Thank you thank you. The driver made it way BEFORE the original time which I did appreciate. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fast, efficient, friendly

they showed up in the elevator without me even letting them in! (a good thing) and dropped it off in front of my apartment without me asking.
