The service of Taurus is excellent. They communicate well and they are very helpful in helping choose the right bed and mattress. It is refreshing to be able to talk to a person who is professional and knowledgeable about their products. They adhere to the lead time and arrive to build the bed in the room. I’ll be purchasing more beds from them.

I trust Taurus to make simply beautiful beds with very comfortable mattresses.

They also made a bespoke Day-bed for me to fit a particular position. They took the measurements and we discussed the basic design and I knew I could trust them to produce what I wanted without any fuss.
They came to fit it which didn't take long and left me with a very nice and perfectly sized day-bed in just the right colour and finish.
I cannot recommend Taurus Beds highly enough.

Great mattress, good communication and delivery was on time.

Firstly - and very importantly - the phone was answered BY A HUMAN BEING after only a handful of rings (instead of usual tedious automated numbering menu).
Secondly, the agent was helpful, listening properly to my questions and answering them properly.
Thirdly, the communication about the item I had ordered was good.
Finally, my purchase was delivered within the 2-hour time-frame given. It is a product of high quality and I would happily recommend the company, as it had been recommended to me.

I was looking for a Dunlopillo mattress at a reasonable price and Taurus Beds fitted the bill! They rang me to confirm my order, then communicated well about the delivery, which was ready in 3 weeks, less time than expected. Arranging the delivery (from a third party) was straightforward, and the two men who delivered the mattress were absolute gents.
I was so pleased with the whole process (and my new mattress!) that I have just ordered a second one from them.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Ordering over the phone was easy (even with a custom colour) and the delivery drivers were polite and helpful, even dismantling the old bed for us. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Taurus beds.

Great company.
Twenty three years ago I had bespoke size bed made 7 foot long as I'm very tall. I also had replacement mattress made many years latter as it lasted far longer than expected or your advised to keep a mattress. They also just charge for the size difference so very pleased. Recently after 23 years I decided to upgrade to a new bed base. Great quality and service and I would recommend Taurus to everyone.
