A faulty taxi arrived with a punctured tyre - had to the wait en route at a garage while he inflated it - further on wanted us to wait while he changed tyres - all the while the clock running
We bailed out at that time nowhere near our destination
Still waiting for a response to my complaint
Have filed complaint with TfL as the car should not have been on the road in the circumstance as it is dangerous

if i could score them any lower i would. my sister ordered with them for the first time tonight and the first driver wouldn't take her to croydon as he 'was going home to heathrow., and the second driver wouldn't take her 'because he would be late picking up his daughter from a party. she waitied over an hour for a third driver that was able to take her and my 6 year old niece home. What kind of company uses these useless drivers and how are they able to operate such a shambles of a service. utter crap and totally useless

I was left standing outside a restaurant in the cold ! I tried to use my promo code and the app said my payment method had failed(for a free trip) I had tried using two other bank cards just to have the cars drive past me as the payment method had failed 3 times!
I had called up my bank and was told the company was refusing the payment, each time even though I had the money in each account. Well done bolt !! You haven’t just lost one customer you have lost a whole network of customers as I have told everyone I know not to use bolt ever again!

Such a rip off! They quoted a price which I compared to Uber and it was cheaper do I went with them. I got a notification my CC had been charged the top end of their quote. When the final amount came through on the CC it was much more expensive than the top end quote.
Avoid these rip off merchants!

One star is too many, deserves zero. Drivers cancel one after the other. Ask you to leave when they realize you’re going somewhere they can’t be bothered going. 4 bookings in one go cancelled because they don’t want to go to central London. Customer service non existent. This firm should have its license revoked.

Dangerous!

I took a ride with them (BOLT UK) and the driver was speeding and driving erratically. He was swerving in and out of traffic and flashing cars in front. He behaved aggressively and my friend and I were scared.
When I contacted their customer care team to report it I had to prove how scared we were by sending in text excerpts of our conversation. They offered me money off a new ride. NO THANK YOU. Also no information on what action was taken. I have photos of the spedometer and these have now been handed over to TFL.

In app, the price was 50-58 pound, i pay 73, why? In google between my place and gatwick airport north terminal there is 31 miles, longer is 35.6 miles. in 2 AM, there is no traffic, why the driver make 44 miles?
In bolt conditions, it's write from gatwick airport there is an additional fee: 4 pound, but to the airport it's 0 pound, why the driver put it?

CAUSE REALLY THIEF, BOLT CLOSE EYES ONLY CAUSE THEY MAKE MONEY WITH THAT. I STAY POLITE.

It was a bait and switch I tried using the promo code ,it just did not work , called customer service no go.
I ended up paying the fare from hotel to airport.

this taxi service is a rip off it is my fault for not always checking my receipts but when I finally did I have been charged waiting fee for every journey when I am the one who was waiting for every driver whilst on the phone to them directing them and when I made a complaint I was told sorry no refunds but here is a £5 code off next journey. Absolute scum!

It deserves No ratings at all,OMG I thought I was going crazy today, basically someone I work with suggested i download an app called Bolt, and said that it’s cheaper than Uber, I downloaded it put my card details down and when I ordered the cab, it took like forever to come, and didn’t even show up I called and the driver said his on his way that his nearby but the mins on the cab kept on getting longer, I even tried to cancel the journey but it did not let me, the driver did not pick up the phone when I called, and did not call me back, I didn’t even take the journey when I got home I checked my bank app and saw that I was charged £8 for a journey I did not take, this Bolt app needs to be reported, Immediately. And for the person that gave me this app will no longer be trusted, please people be careful out here. Another thing is we must report this app.

Please change the name of this company to Bolt. So they can’t run from their mistakes. I’ve been charged a ‘did not show’ fee for £6 despite the taxi being in the wrong place (2 miles away). I called up thinking this would help get me a refund, but the service is TERRIBLE. A person who barely speaks English, saying she can’t give a refund until she speaks to the driver. What are the odds the driver will admit he cocked it up? Slim.

The Bolt will become worse than any minicab company... No respond to the drivers and passengers. Lots of people having a problem with the thief Bolt. And it seems there are lots of illegal things with the Bolt. I dont know why the TFL doesnt do ANYTHING for these stuations!!!! The Bolt is usurping people's rights!! I think people need to get together and sue them!! Im ready to do that...

Ii got the taxi from central london going south,bolt app gps sent us 15 mins north and then again back south another 15 minutes doing circles,so for I 20 mins trip we did it in 55 mins

Scammers, thief. I’m going to stop working with them as a Partner driver. The work I have done is not been paid in full. In one week I got paid £118 less. I kept texting through app for two weeks but No Reply. There is No support or care available for the Partner Drivers. When I called them they said they are not allowed to access to my trip history or earning and they can’t help with the issue. What a Wastage of Money and Time.
Secondly, they do show some promotions but give all the time. Even you stay online and work hard.

Taxify now named bolt has no issues taking money from your account but are not willing torefund or compensate you when one of their drivers takes where you have not requested and just leaves you stranded. They provide a 24 hour cab services, but in the case of contacting them via the app or using the "SOS" after 12am dont bother. There was no acknowledgement of any kind of fault. Even though their app is support to support the customer as much as their drivers. On the day this happened their was no support for myself, and it took for me to call them 3days later for them to even respond to my complaint.

they charge for trips that didnt happen and then dont respond to emails. Still waiting for a reply to a complaint about a £30 taxi that never even arrived!

Taxify which is now working as Bolt in london is a corrupt and thief company. They did not pay my fare for the trip. They are cheaters from East europe. London tfl should cancel their licence as they are stealing drivers fare. Thieves are employed and bolt is a thief company. Corrupt.

This is a SCAM company and they steal money from a Card. After I stopped to use services (finished my holiday), They took over €270 from my card during the past 3-4 weeks. Don't use this app or you can lose your money.

Fooling people by the name bolt.
I booked a cab, driver called and requested me to cancelled as he is not coming. I cancelled and straight away money was deducted from my account for the entire journey, will never recommend any one.

Terrible company, bad service, overcharge you twice the amount of the estimate and never accept to refund.
