I am writing this to warn others about the extremely poor experience we had with the Taylors Abbeydale branch. Throughout our process, communication was non-existent. The manager at Abbeydale was never available to speak with us and, despite multiple requests, never once had the professional courtesy to call us back even when our complaint got transferred to Emma. It felt incredibly dismissive and, frankly, spineless.

The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because of Emma Hassey. Emma (Manager at the Taylor’s ( Kingsway branch) eventually took over the management of our sale, and the difference was night and day. She was absolutely amazing—she actually did what she said she would do, always called us back, and was the primary reason our chain stayed together. Without her expertise and dedication, I have no doubt we would not be in our new home today.

If you are looking for an agent who actually cares and communicates, I highly recommend Emma at the Kingsway branch. As for the Abbeydale branch, save yourself the stress and avoid them entirely.

I recently had to sell my Aunts property following her death. Having not sold a property before Taylor’s were great supporting me through a difficult time. They made the whole process seamless from the valuation with Adam, calls from Julie and the team in the office keeping me updated on viewings, through to handover of keys on completion . They were always happy to help clearly answering my many questions.

I cannot recommend Georgina McCronachie at Taylors Estate Agents highly enough. From start to finish, her commitment was outstanding. What truly set her apart was her willingness to assist us even during her personal time – a level of dedication that is rare to find.

If you're selling a property with Taylors your number is on their system so they know who it is when you're calling and choose whether or not to answer your call. If you leave a voicemail, despite their promise of getting back to you, no-one ever does! Not great customer service.

I used Taylor’s, the Kingswood branch, for the sell of my house.
They have been nothing but accommodating, kind and helpful during the process.

Sent branch an email regarding a bizarre experience a week ago regarding a failed viewing. Totally unprofessional approach. So far no acceptable response to address the issue. No apology. No explanation. Made us feel unimportant. So potential buyer and vendor lost.

Quedgeley Branch
From my initial phone enquiry phone call with Stephen, to the completion of sale yesterday, I have found the team in Quedgeley professional, helpful and friendly.
My sister and I were selling our late father's park home, with the executor of his will in Cheshire, me in Devon and my sister in London, lots of the dealings had to be done electronically, and we were helped through the process. The money laundering checks took a long time, but once the Open House had happened, a buyer was found, and then it was just a question of waiting for money and legal stuff to be sorted. Emma and Stephen kept me updated throughout. The whole process took under 5 months. On my rare visits to the shop everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors in Quedgeley.

If you look at the statistics, Taylor’s gets all the results.
I can’t thank them enough for helping us through the buying and selling process, which can be challenging, but with their help, it was a lot better than we thought. They really did eliminate a lot of the stress that is associated with buying and selling a house.

We went through all the local estate agents and initially chose a different one to try and get a good price. This wasn’t achievable, as is the case in a lot of times like this. We decided to go to Taylor’s as we bought the house from them 14 years ago, and they were fantastic.
Arranged for them to come round , we cannot fault them. Jack really knew what he was talking about and had an idea of how he wanted to present the house.

Some of the viewers from the previous estate agents said that our house was a lot nicer than the pictures. We definitely have a house that’s awkward to show its best light in pictures alone.
Taylor’s took extra photographs and really did show the property at its best. Within less than a month, we had an agreed sale.

Everybody we dealt with in the Halesowen office has been professional, friendly, and always returning your calls. They were also able to give us invaluable advice about purchasing. They really do know the market in Halesowen , Romsley, and surrounding areas.

Taylor’s estate agency in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. Dealt with me and my sister overseeing us selling our beloved Mum & Dads home. I phoned up many times about different queries, the girls in there were always friendly, very helpful and respectful, with a lot of compassion. Julie was absolutely brilliant, I cried to her on several occasions, as I was grieving over losing my beloved parents, and I found selling our family home, very stressful, and upsetting. Julie was always happy to take my calls, listen to me, and extremely helpful! Always positive and friendly and very professional. Thank you Julie and your team, you helped me so much❤️I would highly recommend.

BEWARE! This estate agents is being run by Mitul Gadhia - Mitul has been the owner of several failed estate agents, the most recent being Smooth Lettings (Company number 14618564) see their Trustpilot reviews - Mitul owes thousands of pounds to landlords for failing to pass on rent, he has multiple county court judgements against him which he has failed to respond to. It even states on the Taylors website that they have "partnered with Smooth Lettings to deliver an exceptional landlord service" Mitul is now trying to use the Taylors brand to restart his failed estate agent business. If you search for Mitul you will find that he has fled the UK and is now resident in Dubai. I would advise you avoid this man at all costs.
