I wish there would be option to rate with 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional service, unprofessional communication. Favouring one owner, working on one owners benefit and obviously agents benefits. Sale process has been delayed in all possible ways affecting my and my childs life. No remorse, no apologies, no understanding.

I couldn't wish for a better estate agents to sell my property, they kept me informed all the way along,very friendly and honest, they sold my house within 3 weeks and got me top price . A***** can't recommend them enough

Taylor’s sold my late fathers property they was excellent from start to finish always updating as they went never a problem speaking to the staff Helen Joe and Lilly always answered any questions we had with no problems definitely recommend if you have a property to sell

Terrible Experience – Poor Communication & Unprofessionalism!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tailors Estate Agents. I had a house viewing appointment scheduled, and after receiving multiple confirmations from the agent, I traveled a long way to attend. However, upon arriving at the property right on time, I was told that it had already been sold!

No one bothered to inform me in advance, wasting both my time and effort. When I asked for an explanation, the staff started blaming each other within the organisation instead of taking responsibility. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking. It’s clear that they do not value potential buyers' time or show basic courtesy.

I would not recommend Tailors Estate Agents to anyone looking for a smooth and professional experience.

Maddie Wilke, (well both Maddie’s actually), was very helpful and also knowledgeable about the properties we viewed. Nothing was too much trouble & we felt she was interested in our questions and concerns answering all to our satisfaction. We are now purchasing through her.

Do not give your house to be sold by these guys.

Paula from the Torquay and previously Paignton office made my dream to move to Devon come true, Paula,s Professionalism, Customer Care and communication skills have been fantastic both on the phone and in person. Paula is an absolute Pro and gave 150 percent through the whole process for me buying my dream home by the sea and I will be forever grateful to her.

Debbie also was incredible with her knowledge and speed, following up every little detail of the buying process to make it happen
in record time too and was also lovely on the phone.

My partner briefly called to discuss a viewing on a property and tried to explain our current situation so we didn’t waste anyone’s time. The lady on the phone was abrupt, rude and quite frankly incapable of actually listening to what we had to say. First impressions are everything especially if you wish to retain customers. Zero phone etiquette, completely judgemental and would avoid at all costs. Such a shame as they have lovely properties available! Definitely not somebody I would want representing my company.

Yet again superb service from Taylors in Halesowen, Stuart, and all the staff excellent through out and always on hand, quite simply the best estate agents in the area

I was very impressed with Mr Sam Gooden in the Torquay Office Very Professional I had heard other good reports from other Vendors in the TQ1 Area I would recommend Taylor's Estate Agents I asked for the Words Sea Views on the for sale and it was No Problem. Excellent Service.

Initially convinced by manager Chad Deakin to move my sale process to Taylor's, I had the excellent services of Mr. Murad Ali over a period of 5 months, dealing with quite a challenging property in a prime location. Full of professional and personal positivity, Murad engaged constructively with myself and viewers/potential clients, always punctual and smartly presented for his role. This has been my 4th estate agent and I was not disappointed. Also, all necessary help was provided with the latter stages of legal paperwork. A friendly and confidence-inspiring office in a key area of central Oxford.

Ryan was great in accommodating me, really professional and helpful. Very responsive and generally couldn’t fault him. 10/10

I'm in a complicated situation to buy/sell and Taylors have been extremely understanding, professional and have gone out of their way to make it happen.

At no point did I feel under pressure or that I was being difficult and they did their upmost facilitate a move, I'd definitely recommend them.

From start to finish everybody was extremely helpful with us buying our home for the first time. Jodie contacted me weekly with updates and was extremely helpful with any questions we had.

The staff in both the Paignton and Torquay branch were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Whilst our sale took a long time to complete, We were contacted at least once a week, sometimes more often and kept up to date with progress.
In particular, Debbie worked very hard chasing solicitors and mortgage providers for updates on sale progress
