No one wants to see triple of the same commercial. It’s not going to help with sales when a person is pissed off they had to sit and watch the same 3 commercials repeatedly! Do better you suck

TBS has been great for me since day one,they help and do all the paperwork that needs to be done honestly i couldn't start my business without TBS and the factoring rates are good..i recommend TBS to everybody you wont be disappointed

We have been with TBS for about four…
We have been with TBS for about four months. Our transition into TBS was a little rough, and based all the reviews I've read not sure why we feil through the cracks. I gave TBS two stars only because there was much they left to be desired during our process, and thus far. Some of the issues for me are the extended hold periods just waiting to talk to the right person. Also, the rep I was assigned to was salty with me on more than one occasion. When I brought this up to let's just say someone I was told that she was one of the best reps. I was like "Ummm", and what does that mean. I felt her tone was passive aggressive. She then began to tell that it appears we never got a welcome to TBS telephone call well this was about 6-8 wks after we had been with them. I guess that slipped through the cracks somehow? Then about a week or so later guy calls me to ask how everything was going and did I have any questions. I don't think I made the wrong decision when choosing TBS, however I do have my concerns about how my overall experiences. First impressions are everything.

So far my experience with TBS has been great! I find the staff very easy to talk to and they take the time out to not only answer our may questions but make sure we fully understand! They are very punctual in sending docs via email and or fax. I appreciate the step by step guides/examples in their paperwork.
