Tawny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If she was unsure of an answer she also was Very prompt at finding it and getting back to me with it. Even after the TBS underwriters decided not to factor loads for me, Tawny did not act any different. But continued to be very helpful. I would recommend TBS without reservation. Thx Tawny for a very pleasant experience

Loved the customer service. Deanna was a huge help from beginning to the end which made enrollment a breeze.

It was so hard to find us a factoring company . I called them just by googling factor companies. The customer service is immaculate and without them I’m not sure how we would if got our company off the ground .

TBS has been helpful from the beginning of my 1st phone call. Angela L. got my authority started she has been nothing but awesome she is knowledgable & friendly & she keeps me in compliance, 'big deal.' She cares about her customers and goes above and beyond her job duties. This sorry lying people after three years now say I owe them money haha lying out ther a-- well court here we come, ,maybe after this they will think twice about stealing money from hard workings people, ,lawsuit of about 250000.wake up this is gonna hurt

My husband and I have taken a great pleasure in working with Danny. TBS is very lucky to have a great person such as Danny work with them. He is highly above average in providing great customer service. He gets everything done so quickly. We have never had to wait to get things done with. In my own personal opinion, Danny is an exceptional asset to your company. Thank you Danny for everything you have done for our Company.

Overall, TBS has been a great company to work with. Early on, there were some issues regarding specific customers, but when the issues arose, staff members quickly resolved them. My office staff have made many comments about the TBS staff being very courteous and friendly any time we call.

I just finished the application process, and Daniel Martir made the entire
Procedure so easy and personal. I have never used a factoring company, but if Daniel is the example of the majority of the employees, I look forward to doing business with TBS!

I’m a owner operator that has been retired, but for life reasons.... I’m going to go back into business, and there is only one factoring company that I would go back to and that’s TBS.
When I was enrolled before, they were great, and I see now they have other services to offer. I’ll be calling soon!
