I really had a wonderful experience with TBS. I would recommend them to anyone. I really enjoyed Tawny Brown, she was able to answer all of my questions and she also made herself available at any time. She guided me every step to obtain my DOT number. She still calls me now to check on everything and make sure I have everything I need. Thanks TBS!!

I just wanna say Tammy was amazing. This was my first time factoring a load and she made this transition so easy and simple. She was very patient and explained everything even answering questions I didn’t think to ask. I did not feel rushed off the phone and she even guided me through using the app while on the phone. I hate there are only 5 stars because Quianna Lamey deserves over 10 stars, she has made this process so painless that I sometime can't accept it so I call her really wanting to be overwhelmed and what she do every time is shut it down with so much knowledge, respect and comfort which makes me be able to focus on working and not worry about not being in compliance. Quianna I thank you so much you are the best. To be honest every person I have spoke with at TBS have been great, but that Quianna takes the cake I must say.

I honestly can't give them a bad review. Except for their percentage rate that 4.3% is a little high I wish they would work on it as far as everything else there very helpful and understanding. And no I didn't get paid for this I'm and one operator trying to make ends meat.

Run TBS will give you the biggest headache ever! They will loose your paperwork then 5 or 6 months later they will tell you they need it and take it out of a whole other load . This has been an on going situation. I’m new just a year in and tbs has already robbed me for $3000. Now they are after more! It’s a difficult time for everyone and tbs is still up to stealing more money. Please run unless you liked being robbed mentally and financially.

Well I'm very disappointed in this last deal with them when my Dispatch sent in my BOL and exhibit B the first load was paid correctly but my Dispatch send a rate con for a different company that had no exhibit B BOL or was even signed by me or my Dispatch it was a blank bill they paid me for and separately to something that even an amateur could have caught and flagged but that's not even the bad part it was almost 7 months before they said anything about so now they are threatening legal action over their screw up and want me to pay in full on the rate con including pay there % back adding extra to what I got paid so this is very disappointing I'll be updating this as I go along and I have documentation as well to back this account up/ they charged me anyway so my advice stay away from them completely they are crooked and handle business poorly they have failed my expectations of them and the sad part they used to be very good but not no more

Was unaware of a locked in contract and what a ucc filing was being brand new to factoring when being sent an application. Decided I did not want to factor with them but had signed a contract and they would not release my ucc even though I had not factored with them at all and didn't know I was locked into a contract. Their rates are alot higher and the % fee is not all inclusive. Being brand new to factoring I had no idea what anything was, I thought the sales rep was going to explain everything. I had to learn the hard way and asked after the contract was signed what a UCC was and about cancellation policy. Lesson learned, currently will never do business with them and will be telling everyone I come in contact with not to use TBS also.Shippers, Brokers,dispatch team, other drivers, other business owners sitting on invoices. Even if they don't release my UCC right away I will never factor with them. I will take out a loan or borrow money till my invoices are paid before I ever FORCE factor with them. If they release my UCC and not force me to factor with them things may change in the future. My current company is a fixed 2.5% recourse up to 90 days with no locked in contract and it includes invoicing and collections.They will tell you it is too good to be true and that there has to be something in their contract. I have talked to 4 different owners currently using this other company(McDowell Factor & Capital Services LLC)that I want to switch to and they say nothing but great things. As of right now my view of TBS is bad. I have not factored 1 single load yet I am locked into a 3 month contract. I do not want to do business with them at all but they will not release my UCC so I can do business with a company that works better for me. I am sure there are companies that use TBS and love them and leave great reviews, awesome every company is different. This company is not for me A lot better rates out there with honest and transparent companies that don't force you to do business with them. Do your homework first. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Diany was super to work with. Answered all my questions, if she could not get to the phone. She would call right back. Called and checked on my status regularly. Super nice.

TBS took a great lane with all settings as an o/o and assisted me further than my initial needs. For that thanks TBS, continuing service with TBS is a must, out of all the factoring companies available, I have spoke to several there are know better out comes financially and a big camble to take on the others customer service, which TBS has more than proven time and time again. If I was asked by a trucker trying to start up, I would Only recommend TBS factoring service..

TBS has helped my business succeed. With the factoring the advances, and the loans on insurance and trucks. Without tbs backing me up. I don't know where I would be today.

I had an unsolicited phone call from TBS (to be fair many others did the same thing) and told the person that I was not looking at factoring companies until I got my insurance. I was told they could help with that. Said I was not interested and said I had a great agent that I trusted. I was then told they work with them when I hadn't even given them a name.

I have been in the industry for a long time and know the awful reputation that TBS has. This aggressive sales tactic is what they must have to do in order to get clients.

I am sure some marketing person will be along to set me and others reading this straight. If you are looking at this company I suggest that you do some research.

They are always making mistakes. I have to stay on top of them all the time. They need to communicate better.

So far everyone that I have worked with has been great. My initial call into the company I worked with Traci. She was very helpful and gave me a lot of information which allowede to thoroughly research the factoring program. She helped me every step of the way getting the application complete. Next I worked with Nadia, I was very busy these past few weeks however she continued to follow up with calls. During a call back when she wasn't available Kwon was able to assist me and send the documents I needed over. Overall everyone has been great and they have walked me through what could have been an overwhelming process.

This has been my unpleasant journey with TBS. I have been factoring with TBS for about 4 plus years now and that journey is finally coming to an end. First you make your own invoice and compile all necessary paperwork together and then on top of it you have to make them their own invoice. They charge 12.5% per any amount, the bulk of that amount applies to an escrow account which they use to apply fees to your A/R balance. Customer Service skills are one of the most important things to look for after having a low percentage recourse/non recourse program. Let me tell you how many times TBS had horrible communication skills. I would have changed my Factoring Company a lot earlier but the hassle of changing FC's is a pain but I finally had enough and don't want to deal with them.

TBS is such a total rip off. I have been lied to for a very long time. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB on this company as I am being held hostage in a contract until 2020 because someone cant give proper information. I haven't used your services since 2015 and yet I am a hostage. I will blast Social media with the truth about your services as well. the last time I tried to factor with this company I was told my contract had expired and I would need to renew, I chose not to and have done my own billing for the past 4 years with never a word from TBS until today when I tried to sign up with a another factoring company and was told that I needed a release from TBS okay no problem I will get it so I called only to be informed they renewed my contract automatically after my phone call to them where I had been told it had expired and I couldn't factor anything. So I was told i could cancel if I wished but would need to pay $4000 BS is what it is...If you are smart look elsewhere because you will not benefit from this company and their so called help in the industry.
