My wife worked at this company for…
My wife worked at this company for around 6 years in the sales department. She was always top in sales or a close second or third, month after month. During Covid she was diagnosed with Lupus, Chrones and RA, all ontop of the severe uncontrolled asthma she's had since childhood. This company all but cut commissions out so everyone in sales took a drastic pay cut and a couple of months ago they put in a bunch of rules for expected phone time, applications sent and so on. With everything going on she had a hard time breathing alot of the time and was missing the phone time for the week by some, she is on FMLA, the Dr sent paperwork explaining everything and they knew what was going on and agreed to the fmla papers and worked with her on her phone time, then just stopped and fired her. First they tried to con her into quitting, with the promise of a letter of recommendation and paying her unused PTO, which they had to pay anyway but still didnt pay her all of it. Now they are protesting her unemployment, like she did something wrong on purpose to get fired. Look at the review on June 14th on here, that will tell you what kind of employee she was to this company, then read all the one star reviews, if they will do a dedicated, long term employee like this, what do you think they will do to truck drivers across the United States. This company have a terrible costumer service pass hours on the phone try to get answers no body take the phone send email don't answer back they get pay for from as and still they don't do they job we are getting chargeback for load not paying for almost 1 year they don't imfor.you and know we have todo they job . So people stay away from this company plus I know and other company who try to cancel with them and he still have his company hostage don't matter what he do

Traci has been a great help from start to finish. She’s assisted me with getting my authority setup and active, all the way up to getting my first payment factoring with TBS. Tbs doesn’t care about their clients…
Tbs doesn’t care about their clients anymore we had spend 4 days on an advance for diesel and a week on payment because they are waiting on broker verification and this is in a daily basis
I can’t work more than a trip a week or not work because tbs takes for ever to provide payment

Never use them
If you're reading this review, I do notrecommend signing up with this company! BAD BAD BAD.. they take thier time with everything! You have to email in order to get a call back (good luck on that). I've been with this company since 2015. Never had any real issues with brokers that I use, so you would think there's no problems [hense) believe these people's reviews. BTW they won't release me either!

I've been with the company for 3 years…
I've been with the company for 3 years and they're by far the worst company I've ever delt with. You can submit a load Friday at 1am and still won't get processed until Monday. They lie and say they're waiting on the broker but that's a lie. I've had brokers blind copy me on the email verifying the load was drop off. I tried to factor with another company they mad it so hard I ended up just staying. I'm definitely regretting that. They've gotten to big and don't know how to keep their customer satisfied with them.

I send in loads to get factored they might pay 3 of 11
then act like they need more paperwork. I send in more paperwork then they act like they did not get it. I call then they pay 1 or 2 more BOLs. I have been calling lately to never get a call back. I call the brokers and I find out the BOLs were paid but I still did not get paid from TBS. They still owe me about $2,000 that has been paid by the broker but will not pay me. Do not do business with them they seem to be having financial problems and will not be in business much longer. You will lose your business doing business with them.

Been with TBS Factoring since 2004
Been with TBS Factoring since 2004, and the last two years have been horrible. Customer service can't seem to keep up. I have no idea who my account rep is, they change so much. The biggest problem I'm having is the over billing the broker and over paying my account, and by the time I check my bank account at the end of the week, it's to late to correct. Now the chargebacks! 10% to 25% of your factored loads. That hurts when you start balancing your bank account. This year I have had over $12k in charge backs. Here we go again with the over billing the broker and over paying my account. I know that I double check my Exhibit B before I submit it, whom ever processing paperwork is Incompetent or haven't been trained well...I'm giving them the opportunity to get this corrected or it time to move to another Factoring Service. They keep me in a financial situation.

As a company owner, I am with them by mistake, I do not recommend this factory to any company owner. The customer service is terrible, the representatives lack training, very few professionals, when you have any loading problem the first thing I will do is They say that you contact the broker yourself to pay and the main thing with them is that you have no guarantee of any charge. Please do not fall into their hands, in general sense this factory is useless. Regarding the factory they must train you regarding other factories because you really lack everything. Horrible customer service and…
Horrible customer service and management team. You don't have a A/R rep for no longer that 90 days. They don't pay wires on time but still charge you for them. Not only is a load submitted early in the morning it sit in the que for hours before they decide to pay it out.my client ID 45179

RUN FAR AWAY!!!!
Horrible customer service and they send out NOAs to Brokers who aren’t in your agreement. If you request an NOR they will not give you a copy because they send it out per your request one at a time for each broker so if you don’t know a broker has a NOA for you you’re stuck dealing with TBS until they get paid. It’s a web since you’ll always be waiting for them to get paid so they won’t fully release you with a blanket NOR. Then if you don’t do business for while they’ll claim they wasn’t paid so you can’t get a NOR then you’ll be arguing with brokers to pay them when they have been paid. Do not fall into their trap.

This company owes me 13,300 and another 3,300 for a direct bill that was back in Oct 2022..My buy in has been going on for 1 year and they still ain’t releasing my money..I’m going through a hardship with these people and I’m on the verge of loosing my company because of lack of cash flow…I can’t talk to nobody because the que is hard to get into.These people had change on us and they are robbing us..I’m going to fight these people to the end and going after a class a lawsuit..If anybody knows how we can come together and get what owe to us..Trucking is difficult right now and they making it even worse..If anybody can help so I can help others please reach out..
