TBS Factoring Service Reviews 

I hired tbs for a simple name change and information update. After waiting a week, all I receive is a text saying they can't provide what they already said they could. This service was excellent 2 years ago. Now it's crap.

The Customer service is really awful. I have 7 drivers and i am dispatcher for two more companies and i am leaving because they are really late for everything. Also, when you apply, they tell you almost everything except the contract is for 1 year.

TBS used to be a really great company and very rarely I would have this many problems in such a short time.
There seems to be some serious neglect going on over there. From unpaid bills to account managers not responding in a timely manner or at all to emails. Extremely long hold times with customer service. Offering to call me back and never do.
I usually send in 10 bills at a time, so usually only a half or 3/4 of them get paid out. I asked them the reason for this via email, since calling them is impossible. No response, so I re-bill the three to five the very next day and they go through.
This happens quite often and then when it does happen they charge me the extra ACH fee. Now I tried to do it on the app which is not user friendly at all especially taking pictures of the bills, nevertheless they seem to charge me $3 each bill so it gets quite expensive and usually I choose to do it the other way.
I think the biggest problem is the lack of communication or the lack of returned communication. If you have a problem you are on your own.
Update: where is the company TBS now? That's right out of business. I wonder why...

I give TBS 5 STARS because they have people that really want to help and really care about you. But the person that really sticks out from the rest and she does go obove and beyond the call of duty is WINONA YOUNG. She is the best she does everything she can for you.

TBS factoring services is the best factoring company I’ve used for my business. They go far and beyond to help you help you if you need it.

TBS has always been absolutely the best to deal with. Without them, I’m not sure I would be as far progressed as I am today! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help with whatever my problem is when I call. Also, the chat feature in their app is very useful for a fast response time. In addition, anytime Evan ever has to step in to fix something, he always gets the job handled immediately. In summary, TBS has been a true pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Horrible customer service.. horrible customer service reps, rude customer service dept..

This is my 2nd review. Nothing has changed. I have attempted to leave tbs but they won't even acknowledge my email requesting to cancel. Any problem you have cannot get resolved because they never return a phone call or email. My brokers are calling me to say they have not been billed for loads two months back. Worst company I ever worked with

Horrible company to factor with. The AR are useless. They use to be a good company until they upgraded their systems. Now they’re trash. Find a better company to factor with.

As you can see again I’m back to say that issues was NOT resolved with TBS factoring so don’t believed this little auto message they put on after everyone complains . Still haven’t call still doing the same thing they even lie on app. I’m gonna call them out every time they lie

To much headache. TBS has become very difficult to deal with it. For months I've been having problems with them, mainly communication and extremely difficult to get things resolved unless you star giving them bad reviews in social media, that's how they contact you right away just to protect their appearances.
They have a good system, I give them that but the moment they make a mistake get ready to spend two days in the phone for something that if they would've had pay attention, It wouldn't be necessary to waste so much precious time.

i work and use this tvs for over 6 years , on my truckin buisnes , last 2 years they become garbage , no awnser the phone went you need them , customer service is ridicules ,they hold your money and hard to get it back ,is the worst company out thear please people avoid tbs the are no good no bueno and is better company to get pay run do not make same error we dit

This company has potential. Started off fine, if they would actually look at the paperwork submitted we could have avoided so many issues. Also, the lack of communication when there is a problem is horrendous.. good luck if you choose to deal with them.

My experience with Tbs was super I formative and very helpful across the board. I've recommended several people who are looking to get into the trucking industry. My point of contact gave exact and specific instruction for everything required to start trucking legally under my M.C. and DOT number. I will be forever thankful.

I had a excellent experience with my agent she was very supportive and positive. At times It got stressful for me but she got it done thank you so much time to start working.

My point of contact Traci was amazing. Sweet, Professional and very helpful. Traci took the time to help me with any and all questions and give me some great advice. She’s very knowledgeable about the company and what she’s doing. Definitely recommend her services to anyone
