I was initially concerned because the item I ordered took a long time to arrive. It was supposed to ship from the U.S. warehouse. What made my experience so good was the handling of my problem by Mary in customer service. She took care of it and kept me informed every step of the way.

Can't wait to order again!
It was great to be able to track our package, delivery was quick and the package was well wrapped. The tea came in a resealable bag which saves the flavour and the free trial pouches are a great way to try other flavours! We have enjoyed all of our tea and highly recommend TeaVivre!
