Teas are great quality and the shipping is wonderful. I also like the different samples that I receive.

I love that you package so well I have never had it crushed. I love that you use Fex Ex because UPS destroys ( smashes every box). Love the variety of teas plus you have the tea I love.

I ordered Golden needle tea in September 2024 and the tea turned out to be of poor quality.

Perhaps it was a coincidence as the tester of another tea that I received as a gift was tasty and of good quality.

In any case, everything ended well and I was fully refunded. The communication from the staff was very polite and friendly🙌

Efficient delivery and very nice loose leaf tea. I wish there was a biodegradable way to package it, but I do understand that freshness is most important for this.

Great products, best tea I ever tried

I've bought green and oolong teas from TeaVivre a few times and have always been impressed with the quality and preservation. Buying tea online is risky and it's important to find a vendor you can trust. I have been very happy with TeaVivre and will definitely continue to shop with them.

TeaVirve is my all time favorite tea company. The teas are high quality and the customer service is the best I have experienced. I am a long time customer and always appreciate their extra communication and care.

The tea arrived in two shipments; the first was pretty fast. After several weeks I contacted the company to find out status of the rest of the tea and heard nothing back. The tea arrived eventually - this shipment was from China, so slower. The tea is good, but they still have not answered the email. Overall good experience, but they would be wise to hire someone to answer their customer inquiries! I sent the email to the address they list for questions on their site.

First thing first, TeaVivre is a very reliable company that gave the opportunity to obtain many kinds of teas of very good quality in a fair price. They monitor the shipments made and their customer service is extremely kind when you need support until they confirm you receive your order. So I can place my next orders with confidence that the teas will show up to my place on the time announced.
Regarding the teas, they deliver a great experience on every cup that you prepare with them, putting a little bit of the mountains of Yunnan and Taiwan within your reach, you can taste teas with taste that not only will be new to you, but that will change your mind about you know about tea, especially for those that we live out of Asia in America or Europe where we don't have this great culture of tea that they have on China and Taiwan. I have been purchasing from Te Vivre for over 2 years and I will not switch to any other Tea Supplier. I always thought that finding a good Supplier of Tea in China would be quite a challenge and I actually have kept on searching and buying Tea. I was never satisfied, it wasn't me, but I was never happy with the quality nor the taste and absolutely never for the service. Two years ago a just said I would search one more and see what would come up. Finally I found what I had been searching for so long. TeVivre has excellent tea and a vast choice of products but what I really like most is the excellent, fast and professional service and support. I get responses of any questions I may have at the same day, the packing is perfect as it arrives without a scratch, the box is very thick and well wrapped. When I need an advice on which tea I would like to purchase,Mary is always there to advice for the outmost best. I am not exagerating and I am honestly writing this experience I have with TraVivre as a 6 star Supplier. You can trust them 100 and more %. Thank you TeaVivre. We get the same tea every time. But, we also get tea samples and now are finding that, yes, we like lots of different kinds of tea. It's lovely to sample these, new teas, but the big deal is how great every cup of Premium Dragon Well Long Jing tea turns out. We look forward to having a cup. Anytime. You won't be disappointed by the attentive service, either. In the puzzling world of teas and tea purveyors, TeaVirve is our constant.

I ordered one big bag of jasmine and a bunch of samplers and the jasmine came very fast since it was shipped from California. The samplers all arrived in under 2 weeks since they were shipped from China. All the teas I've tried so far have been super high quality. Will def be ordering from this company again.

The teas are fantastic! They arrived in about a week. Teavivre had tons of different options and flavors.

All of the teas I've purchased from youTeaVivre over the years have been excellent and I appreciate the brewing instructions, especially for a gaiwan. The only issue I have (and it's a minor one) is that shipping times are somewhat mysterious -- my last order had teas coming from both China and the US, and they both arrived on the same day. It seems the US order got a tracking number early on, but wasn't shipped until days later. On other occasions the teas from China have taken much longer.

I have been disappointed by so many tea shops in the US. Ones that offer decent quality tea at exorbitant prices. It was a great relief to find TeaVivre, which offers truly great quality tea at admittedly premium, but not insane prices. I think they justify the price tag with easy-to-use website and clear communications. As someone who cannot survive without great tea, I expect to rely on TeaVivre regularly.
