They tried their best to solve my lost parcel
I recently bought a laptop from TechCrazy. Had initial issues with the delivery, as the parcel got lost, and getting in touch with their customer service was difficult - busy phone line and lots of waiting. That said, at the end of the day, their sales manager contacted me personally to solve the situation. They did take an extra effort after that, sending me emails regularly to update me on the parcel delivery, and also giving me free headphones as compensation. It took 2 weeks, but when the laptop arrived, it was in excellent condition. My overall experience was good, despite the initial stress.

2000w amp and 120rms 6x9s…
Good fast easy service and product looks good.the amp runs two 12s nicely but the 6x9s don't like running off a small amp so maybe get the more powerful ones if running them off a amp.

The service and respect shown to me by the person who took my call, prompted me to place the order as soon as I got the email with details on it. I was querering the freight to the South Island, and he did not make me feel stupid, rather explained it me. Staff were polite and although it took a little while to get my product (which was my fault as I'd originally asked for it to be couriered and decided I couldn't last without a phone and picked it up) I got what I wanted and it was what I expected. Maybe they could be a little more outgoing but otherwise excellent service

When this item was received it only…
When this item was received it only showed 80% battery power. The phone was tested for different reasons and then had to be charged. This was done however, at first it was taking forever to charge (at first over 24 hours). Cables were swapped as well as the actual charger. Ended up the charger was the problem and everything works as it should. Many thanks.
