I knowingly purchased this phone with a damaged box that saved me $$$$'s. The phone is brand new and was received within a couple of days of my order having been placed.

Apple IPad for my daughter
I purchased an Apple IPad for my daughter from a very friendly salesman at the Manukau store. He definitely knows his stuff, and explained in detail how the IPad stacked up against the Samsung. It’s nice to have a bespoke company that can take the time to explain things and also be the cheapest in town.

Illegal ethical practices, supply faulty un-acreddited equipment.
After purchasing a product from this company online, i recieved a laptop product with no packaging, no instructions, and no acreddited tags to display electrical testing safety.
After three months the charger now sparks.
When requesting the company for possible refund option, i was asked to try a different power cord. This prompted me to assert a difinite refund. Now refuses to give a refund.
This company is not registed with the NZS/AS. This company clearly test their own equipment and supply faulty/unsafe gear.
This company does not reside at their given location, and upon following up with this company the customer service is very dismissing and rude.

We’ve looked into our records but have been unable to locate any order under your name. However, we’d still like to take this opportunity to clarify a few important points regarding your concerns.
All devices sold by TechCrazy — whether brand new, pre-owned, or refurbished — are tested by our in-house technicians to ensure both safety and functionality. Chargers and accessories provided are sourced from reputable suppliers who meet legal compliance standards, and all units carry the required certification markings.
We understand how important safety is and take these matters seriously. If required, we can provide supporting documents from our suppliers confirming electrical compliance. We have also submitted all necessary product safety documentation to WorkSafe NZ where applicable, in line with our responsibilities as a retail business.
As for the charger concern — recommending an alternate cord would have been a part of our standard troubleshooting process. If a charger is sparking or appears unsafe, we absolutely do not expect you to use it, and we’re more than happy to replace it or offer a resolution in line with our warranty terms.
If you do have an order number, please contact us directly so we can investigate and assist you properly.
