She was very helpful and patient as she walked me through setting up the Wisephone II and portal. She answered all my questions and provided additional information, making the experience super easy. I also found the online articles really helpful as well.

I order a Wisephone for my 8 year old son and it is very impressive! Easy to install, I called customer service today and spoke with Yolani. She was wonderful, she walked me through every question I had and was so patient. Looking forward to using the wisephone! Perhaps I will order one for my other son as well.
