The phone and service fitted our needs prefectly, and we would still have phone and service if it had not been that are son is going to be completing high school and attending college at the same time and needed access to emails and apps, to complete this phase of his education. Personally, I would have preferred to stay with the Wisephone II if change wasn't needed for educational purposes.

Outstanding support
Every time I've reached out to support through Techless, the response has been prompt and within their posted timeline. Their support is kind, compassionate, and respectful of the client and they truly care that I have a good experience. I might be frustrated at the issue, but I'm never frustrated at the people who help me solve the issue.
I wanted to return my new phone
I wanted to return my new phone, because I won't be using it. Mainly because daughter refuses it, we ended up dumbing down her iPhone. So, I chose domestic peace over Wisephone. Returning the phone outside of their regular return window, but they were gracious and made an exception. Zazi was the supervisor that helped me and he pleaded my case with his management. And got it resolved very quickly. He was understanding, knowledgeable and with a great human touch. It was a pleasure conversing with him. True professional!

Amazing customer service. Anthony did great but the compatibility of Wisephone with any application sucks. Why do they crash at times.

Tina, my Customer Service representative was great and helpful! Setting up a secondhand wisephone was a bit of hassle, as I had to buy a new sim card, but didn't know that until I was able to get connected with their customer service, which is only open during business hours, which made it hard for me to get connected with them. Once I did, and once I had the new sim card, the problems were resolved quite easily.
relationship renewal
First of all i love the simple life that this phone has brought into our home life. Iwas having trouble signing into my portal to make a change on the card i wanted to use for payment. When it didn't work I sent a text and had the pleasure of speaking to Yolani M. Unfortunately I was unable to still get in the plan but Yolani made it a point to set up a phone call to help me get this all fixed. I was unable to be available when she called as promised due to a situation I was having at our new house. She did immediately text me and said she did call as promised and I could still call her back or text. my fault that time has gone by but today 4/9 in the early am i sent her a text asking her again for help. she certainly did respond and we set up a phone call. She called and was so helpful, pleasant, and patient with me through the whole process. Now thanks to Yolani and her knowledge of the techless phone and website she was able to correct the email issue with me and guide me to the area to change cc numbers. Again these 2 phones have saved my marriage and have given the peace of mind we were in need of.....please recognize Yolani for her exceptional knowledge and help she provided today. I hope more and more adults start to realize the waste of time and energy on all those others apps.......thank you!

Today I called the customer support phone number and spoke to Yolani. After a few days of struggling to log into my account, she was able to fix my issue in a few minutes! I really enjoyed her kindness and patience with me.

Had to leave voicemail at first, but they called me back within the hour. Yolani (agent) very helpful with billing issue, gave me refund for most recent duplicate charge. Pleasant experience
