TF Pump Supplies far exceeded any expectations I could have had. They are now absolutely at the top of my list on for Euro-Spec pumps, as we have a hard time sourcing them from the US. Thanks Again!

The delivery was late - C'est la vie
DPD couriers did not send an e-mail with a QF code to allow collection at the post office.
item was retrieved, but required me to produce utility bill, photo ID which had not been advised prior to attempt of pick up.
Due to the above, 1st pick up was declinded and I had to return with the required documentation

Saved our brew week!
My brewery is located in the United States. One of our most important transfer pumps failed, and I was finally able to locate a hard to find replacement pump at TF Pump Supplies' website through a Google search. TF Pumps offered prompt answers to my questions, even on a Friday evening! The pump was delivered to our brewery in North Carolina by the following Wednesday with international tracking. Pricing for the pump and international shipping was extremely fair. Other vendors; including the pump manufacturer, took a week just to reply, quoting availability out 4-6 weeks and at higher prices.
