Helpful upfront and honest supplier who not only kept me informed of a potential wait for an item order, but also gave the option to cancel said item. I decided to wait a short time for a resupply and My parts where delivered in a timely fashion and well packaged. I will be using this company again in future and I would be happy to recommend them.

We thought we had arranged delivery on…
We thought we had arranged delivery on your web site but were advised we had to collect. When we queried this you asked for an additional £10 delivery charge to be paid by BACS on a £600 pump. The bank charges and admin costs of this extra far exceed the value. You also asked for the delivery address which we sent you. Once the payment was made you did not advise that delivery was underway and no tracking info was received. You sent the pump to the billing instead of the delivery address. Fortunately these are close otherwise it could have been seriously problematic. It is at least the right pump.

I am so sorry that we dispatched this order to the invoice address.
We will refund your £10 shipping fee by way of an apology for this error.
For any future purchases, please note: in the shopping cart, there is the option for 'Shipping Fee: £10' or 'Collection: Free', your order was placed with the collection option and thus you were charged the shipping fee later after your request to have the order shipped.
The APC Tracking number was emailed to you on the morning of 6th February.
