I was in fact informed that the item was on a long delivery period
The website was incorrect as it showed the item in stock, where it wasn't. The pump is now subject to a 6 week delivery period.

Please accept my apologises for the long lead time on your pump, unfortunately this lead time is from the manufacture and out of our hands.
Our website doesn't indicate stock levels, so won't show anything as being in or out of stock. You should've been made aware shortly after your order the stock levels and any potential lead times.

Ordered pump online following a phone call to ask a question, everything went perfectly and the pump arrived when it was due.
Would be nice to see this industry sourcing non Chinese products though.

On the website it said the pump was in stock and next day delivery, neither was true. 4 days later and no pump, possibly expected on monday which is 7 days since the order. Will not use the company again

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused by this delay, we advised immediately this item was not in stock with us but was in stock with the manufacturer and that they would be dispatching this order.
It has been dispatched by them and is due for delivery today.
Our website does stipulate that not all items are stocked locally, some pump models will have to be ordered direct from the manufacturer - and if urgent, it would always be best to check with us first.
Apologies again for your bad experience with us but I hope you order again.
