Your quality has dramatically reduced. Idk if it’s a cost cutting measure or what has happened. It’s a shame because I used to like purchasing going out dresses from your company years ago, back when materials were thicker, lined and cut to be flattering. Now fabric is cheap, thin, unlined half the time, fits poorly and almost feels like a dollar store costume when you put it on. I’m referring specifically to some of your sequin dresses and two piece sets. I’m just not going to bother anymore sorry. It’s SHEIN clothing at a premium price point and not worth it.

Great customer service
I was really impressed with the customer service. There was an issue with the returns label/QR code not working so I had to ship the parcel myself however the customer service team were really helpful with assisting me and made sure I received my refund in the end.

Awful experience. Do not buy from this site.
If you do purchase and realise how poor the quality of their garments is (honestly worse than Shein), good luck receiving any communication regarding your return. You pay your hard-earned money, return the item, and then they completely ghost you.
No store credit. No update. Nothing.
I have submitted at least five contact enquiries, despite their website claiming they respond within 24 hours. It has now been three months, and I have not received a single response.
Extremely disappointing. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Oh and if anyone from That’s So Fetch reads this, your “online chat” icon does not work. Very smart - now you definitely don’t need to help anyone.

I had a return to another company sent toThat sent to That's So Fetch by mistake. Rebecca immediately contact warehouse to alerther team to be on the lookout for this package and set them correct shipping label so they can get to the destination in which it was supposed to. After speaking with Rebecca, she put me at ease and assured me.Once the package was found that it would be sent to the right location. I am so grateful for her help , which put me at ease. Thank you, Rebecca.I appreciate all your help in resolving this matter. You truly provided me with excellent customer service and I appreciate that.
Don't buy from them, overpriced.
At first customer service was really good, before I purchased anything. After I made a purchase the clothing did not come as expected, very cheap materials and sizes vary even though it was all the same size. Looking at the measuring chart, it's hard to understand and size around. None of the pants are tall girl friendly and I'm only 5'4. They hit my ankles, I got 2 pairs of skinny jeans, 1 oversized and 1 pair of slacks. The slacks didn't even fit over my thighs. I'm a size 9 and got size 10. The slacks are the only ones that didn't fit. Despite all that, the zipper on all of them broke upon zipping... They're extremely fragile and now prevents me from wearing the jeans anyway.
I relayed this in an email with my order number and everything, haven't heard back yet. The clothing is DESIGNED in Australia but made in China... If that was made more transparent I wouldn't have bothered buying these clothes in the first place. Do better Australia.
Horrible Quality & "Policy"
I purchased a dress. Came thin, shriveled up, wrinkly, horrible quality, cheap, with loose threads. They charge you to ship a return and then only allow exchanges or store credit? Disappointing brand & experience.

Awful experience from the start
Awful experience from the start . Placed my order on the 16th of December for 3 dresses I paid £153.96 including £12 express delivery. They split this into to deliveries. The first never arrived, I sent 4 emails before getting a reply and had to continually chase, eventually i received a refund for the missing dress in the order the second part of the order with two dresses arrived 10 days after my order was placed, I explained the event I wanted the dresses for had past and I would like to return for a refund. I have again had to sent countless emails that have basic replies, it doesn't feel like my emails are actually being read properly. I was told I had to return the items for store credit then email them if I wanted I refund, I tried to do this and it wants to credit me the sale price of £65.34 I paid £95.98 and I want the £12 back on the express shipping I never received! I'm still getting no where. I have sent more emails that explain my issue but no one is answering my question on how to get the money back I paid. Would absolutely not buy from the seller again, hoping to actually get a resolution soon!

I tried all 3 for a works Xmas party, they didn’t fit sizing was odd with all 3
So I paid £3.99 twice for a return label as I never got the first label
The have only refunded 2 out of the 3 dresses they are saying the third was worn and washed I only had the order 2 days it was returned straight away as £204 is a lot of money! This side of Xmas
So I’m out of pocket by £59.99 pulse 2 return labels £3.99 each over an untrue opinion
The dress was returned int he bag with tags still on!

Terrible!!
Terrible!!! Clothes are completely different from the model pics. Delivery is an absolute joke! I still havent received one of my dresses after 3 weeks, customer service are useless all they do is send the same bloody link to track it but nothing changes! When you want to return an item it takes over £20 off the product!!! which is absolutely ridiculous!!! Dont waste your time with this company.

Ordered 4 dresses, 3 of which I paid for same day delivery which did not get delivered on the same day. These were also ordered around 12pm which was before the 3pm cut off time. 2 of the dresses came the next day at around 8pm and the 3rd dress came 2 days after. Company refusing to provide a refund, same day delivery should not be an option/ paid for option when it is not being delivered the same day. I would not have paid for same day deliver or ordered the dresses if I knew the dresses would not be delivered the same day as stated.

Doesn’t give refunds!!
I bought a dress from here last year and they offered me a store credit which I had to use. I decided to use it this month ordering 2 jackets that were on sale.
I went to send a refund off through the app and it charged me £4 for delivery and once taken to the next page it said I can’t get a refund. I thought this was an error in my behalf and tried again which took another £4.
I decided to reach out by email when they told me that final sales items you
Cannot get a refund for nor return. I sent them a screen shot where it states that you are still eligible for a refund on the FAQs page and have not recieved a response. There refund policies not clear on the site and now I’m stuck with a £30 jacket that’s bad quality and a waste of money!!

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a Halloween outfit from them and it never arrived on time/at all. I had also ordered from another company called Peppermayo and AusPost confirmed that the packages had been left in an unsafe place and as a result Peppermayo refunded me. That’s So Fetch on the other hand are refusing to refund me even though I never received the goods and keep continuinely offering to send me a replacement package. Who wants a Halloween outfit 11 months before Halloween 😂 I’ve continued to message them repeatedly and their customer service is basically non existent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Go to outcast clothing or many similiar brands with better support when your order doesn’t even show up..

honestly such a shit brand. as much as i want to love their clothes the material is so bad and everything is majorly overpriced. Like seriously they are so money hungry and don’t care about quality. Not to mention their customer service is the most annoying shit i’ve ever dealt with. trying to live chat with them is useless cause they never address your issue and just keep repeating the same shit like it’s not even a human feels like i’m speaking to a robot. Every single time i order something from them i always have an issue and it’s always their fault. I ordered pants as im skinny i order the smallest size and the elastic or band on the waist was stretched out so bad i couldn’t even wear them not to mention i paid like 65$ for them and i can’t even wear them. Yet they wanna charge me $5 to send it back like be so serious. such a disgusting brand how are people still buying their shit. When they get returns instead of throwing them out as they are damaged they put a tag back on and give it to the next customer. Also not to mention i ordered again cause i was eyeing these 2 jeans out i really liked and they had 40% so i was like why not. Biggest mistake ever. They send me something that looks nothing like the image it took them 3 days to actually properly answer my complaint after getting some AI robot to answer me repeating the same shit over and over saying “create a returning label” like bro also when they answered me they said “we have changed the design of the pants” yet they don’t update the advertised image. Also the second pair of jeans i love so much i was so happy until i took a closer look there is some red or brown stain on the side of the jeans like are they for real. Quality of clothing issues
Honestly I do not rate the quality of the clothing. I feel shein offers better quality clothing and that’s a bold statement. I have ordered numerous times with most orders being sent back for store credit as they don’t offer refunds, defiantly a catch 22 there. First order was a top and skirt where the top was horrible quality. The skirt was cute but if your a tall girl like me 5’8 EVERYTHING that is mini shoes your bum. Only thing I’ve liked is a dress I ordered so far on sale. I’ve tried to argue for a refund in the past months after gaining the voucher because I just didn’t like anything and I was so over having to pay sending items back to try again. After back and forth a few times someone agreed on a refund to then be told that was a mistake and they cannot🤓 I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. It sucks I’ve had such a shit experience.
