Thank you Darius and your amazing team for helping us with our recent refinance! Darius spent a lot of time guiding us through the process! He was never too busy for us. We followed his advice with USCCRA and were able to resolve some long standing credit report errors. This resulted in increasing our credit score, enabling us to go from an FHA to a conventional loan, get rid of PMI, and take care of a huge amount of debt reduction. Miranda and Blair were so very helpful every step of the way. They answered so many questions, and provided immediate responses and clear communications throughout the process. We had a fabulous refi with this company last year. We had talked to so many different lenders and were getting more and more sure that we could not either qualify OR make the payments they gave us that we almost gave up. We were referred to this company for one last try and it was the best decision we ever made. It all went smoothly and without any surprises. To top it off we were actually able to reach our personal lender anytime we needed and got questions answered and fears assuaged.
