My loan refi with Mehran, and his team of Jay & Crystal, was an outstanding experience! We had some special circumstances that made a conventional refi impossible, and though it took Aramco nearly 90 days to find the right lender, they persevered and ultimately we prevailed in accomplishing our goal of an interest only refi, which lowered our mortgage payments by over $1,000 a month.

Because of Mehran's lengthy career in the lending industry, and his team's expertise at handling & guiding the loan process, I would recommend Aramco Mortgage to all my family and friends!!

I was in a difficult situation requiring a reverse mortgage. Jay Zayer was my agent. He went Above the call of duty. I was trying to get the complex I lived in FHA approved so I could live there. The complex gave me a very difficult time and Jay went to meeting after meeting to try to explain to them that it would be that beneficial. They were non-bending. He spent so much time helping me always answering my phone calls.

To no avail, the complex would not work with us. I finally did find another condo and Jay was with me the whole time, working with me. He explained everything to me in layman‘s language. Very patient with me when I would ask the same question over and over. I cannot say enough good things about Jay and would recommend him whole heartedly.

Jay Zayer, Blair Campbell and the team at Aramco Mortgage were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable helping me to navigate the reverse mortgage process with trust and confidence. This was my second reverse mortgage, and it was more difficult due to having to get my HOA qualified for FHA, HUD. No problem though with this Aramco team. In fact, if I had to compare Aramco with my first reverse mortgage company, Met Life, which was also good, Aramco takes "top shelf".

I started my relationship with Aramco, several years ago while seeking a reverse mortgage. I I contacted seven different mortgage companies and got quotes from all of them. Aramco mortgage especially Jay Zayer who is my representative at Aramco.
Jay was by far the best of all the companies. His knowledge was far superior to the rest of the choices. He was extremely thorough, respectful, no pressure from him. Plus he gave me the best deal of the 7 in terms of cost to me.
I again re financed reverse mortgage last year using Aramco and Jay without checking any other companies, because I have total trust in them and him. And of course the cost to me was very pleasing.
Use them, is my suggestion.

From the very first contact with Darius, and for the rest of the transaction of our reverse mortgage, there was a feeling of trust and safety.
Also, in our lifetime of dealing with bankers, we often times were treated as if they were doing us a favor. At no time did we feel other than respected and appreciated for our business.
During the transaction we were given easily understood instructions and explanations of what a reverse mortgage is and how it works. The transaction was completed in a courteous and timely matter, and we were contacted afterward, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Sometimes life throws you a curve that you did not anticipate; anxiety is running high and time is of the essence. At times like these you want to surround yourself with teammates that know their business and, given all the many players and pieces that have to be coordinated, teammates that you can trust to get the job done. This was my experience securing a mortgage through Aramco. They identified clearly what they needed from me, and when I provided the necessary information and documentation, they quickly and efficiently connected the dots and made things happen. Not only did they get the job done well and on time, they communicated frequently to keep me apprised of progress - even if there was no progress, but simply status to report. Then there was the intangible, but no less important element of a business owner who personally took the time to remain engaged and offered encouragement and praise on his team along the way.

I have used Jay Zayer at Aramco a handful of times for my home purchase and refinance needs. I keep coming back as Jay’s service is stellar and he is always competitive.

The process was simple because Kallin Iwasaki clearly explain everything and was readily available if any questions came up.
