Delays on customer service email replies . Pushy on offering 50%, and credit etc. took 3 emails to simply
Return the item . Then a further delay in getting my money back.

Unfortunately the right gift I ordered didn’t come correctly but with Olivia’s help she managed to sort everything out and not only did was I able to keep the wrong gift but I’ve also got a replacement coming which hopefully is the correct one. Olivia made this a 5* experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Firstly, they lie on their website about being well reviewed and also seen in magazines, and the links don’t go anywhere.

Second, there is no delivery time and so I had to wait 3 weeks with no estimated delivery time. I completely missed the event I needed them for.

And lastly, when they did come, the quality is absolutely awful, looks like a child made them. And I can’t get them refunded…..

They deserve to be shut down.

Ridiculous delivery time😡

Communication between the support team representative, Olivia, and myself was the key to this 5 star rating.
She was polite, concerned about the product she represented and my overall satisfaction for my order.
I will order more products from Ariadne again.

Olivia is so kind and thoughtful! She offers a great customer service experience.

Delivery took a long time (10 days plus) and quality of product is very poor. I bought a necklace and it feels light, plastic-like and as if it would fall apart very quickly. I've asked for a refund today.

Unfortunately my glasses arrived damaged but the customer service has been brilliant solve the problem. Thankyou

do not promise quality products if you are not going to provvide quality products.
Returns should not be this difficult. When working with a legitimate retailer returns are easy without question.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

They describe themselves as sustainable, but when the product I'd ordered was out of stock, the offered a replacement that wasn't listed on their website, but is listed on Alibaba and Temu.
After a few confusing emails (apparently sent in error) I asked to cancel my order.

Still don't know if they have actually cancelled it though.

Would avoid if I were you.

Sadly their returns process is far from straightforward.

Their website directed me to email them should I wish to return items. And so I did so, confirming my order number and that I wished to return it, along with asking for the returns process.

Unfortunately, I was not then provided with the returns process. Instead, I was asked (in an email filled with emojis) the reason for my return. They stated that they required this before they could give me options.

If the reason for the return is information that Ariadne requires before they can advise further, then it should be clearly stated on their website. It was not.

I responded to them with this information. I also clearly stated that I simply wished to return the items for a refund (as I noted their mention of ‘options’), and I asked if they could please confirm how to do this as soon as possible. Note this is the second email requesting this same information.

Unfortunately, the responding email from Ariadne still not provide me with the information I required to return the item.

I was told all returns should be sent to their warehouse, and that they do not provide free shipping labels. However, they did not confirm the address of the warehouse, therefore how is a customer expected to return the item?

The remainder of their email set out and tried to push various alternatives (accepting 25% refund and keeping items, accepting 60% giftcard for website and keeping items).

I therefore still do not have the required information in order to return the items. I have sent a further email to Ariadne, requesting this information for a third time.

I would caution customers from ordering from Ariadne unless you are sure you wish to keep the items or otherwise happy to go through this process.

die Farbe der Tasche war nicht so wie auf der Homepage und da die Versandkosten für den Rückversand nach Großbritannien zu hoch sind, hat Olivia mir diese erlassen. Bestelle dort auf jeden Fall wieder.

Absolutely shocking, my bag was damaged on arrival and they were offering me a 25% refund and I could keep the bag.
Sending the bag back at my own expense and they will inspect it and decide whether to offer a refund.
Disgusting, bag not fit for purpose and I am well within my consumer rights to return faulty goods and receive a full refund.
Do not buy from this website.
